I wouldnt recommend this apartment complex to Satan himself! At least if he goes to the homeless shelter, they would tell him the truth. This complex continuously lies to its tenants, especially those who are on government assistance. I will be notifying HUD on your mistreatment of tenants, and honestly, I hope you are found at fault. If you are thinking of moving to this place, DONT!

I lived at Liberty Creat from 03/2018 to 01/2020 and at first was a great place and went down-hill starting in the summer of 2018. Our entire apartment leaked. When I say leak more or less it rained inside of our apartment as if we were outdoors. Black mold developed around every single window and along the base of all the walls. I pleaded with management to fix as we had an infant and no one should live this way! After several months they corrected the issue only to return again in several months when we finally had to move out early! Did management release us from our final month when we moved

I was one of the very first tenants of this apartment complex in early 2017 and lived on floor one overlooking the courtyard. I was there when there were barely any tenants, mostly just construction vehicles, the main circular roads weren't even all paved yet. I just moved out at the end of March 2020. I'm just going to go right into the pros and cons of this place then sum up my thoughts afterwards. Though my review sounds harsh, I am being fair and trying to point out the good and the bad to help out anyone considering living here.
PROS:
- kitchen had deep sink with nice large goose-neck faucet

Listen, everyone has their conflicts when renting an apartment - but this place is by FAR the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. I have lived here 2 years, I was the first person to live in my specific apartment. The layouts, amenities, and floor plans accommodate EVERYONE - there are even low income units available. They allow all dogs, of ANY size, breed, AND age. The look and feel of each apartment is industrial, but homey. The electric bills are higher than your average apartment or even town home, but we have 15 FOOT CEILINGS, and concrete flooring - so this mathematically makes

I was a resident at Liberty for two years since they first opened. Since that time until I moved they have gone through 5 managers and many employees. (They are always short staffed) That tells you something about how that place is ran . Jo was the worst of them and very rude !! And don’t bother calling the Alexander group that manages them ,because they are rude and you get nowhere. Yes , the apartments are nice but the buildings are falling apart and they take their sweet time addressing the issues . My second floor apartment and many of my neighbors had water damage and nothing was fixed in

Jo and Christina have been fantastic with helping me move in a short period of time for a new job. They went way beyond my expectations and really cared about creating a positive experience for me and my son. Moving is stressful, but they did everything they could to make it go smoothly. The apartments are historical, unique and fun. The property was originally designed to create a campus feel, brick and quad included. Painted brick inside and high ceilings, what's not to love! No cookie cutter apartments here. If a warehouse, loft feel interests you, this is the place. Lots of green space for

Wonderful up-and -coming community. The leasing staff Grace, Tamika, and Ms. Briggs were very helpful with transition and assured me this would be a great place to call home.
