From living there getting approved and then have a 30 day eviction notice because I make to much worst place to live in do not move there Amanda is a worse attitude ever I think she just does the bare minimum to get her yearly bonus and commission try to contact corporate but they say talk to Amanda talking to Amanda is like talking to a brick wall do not waist your time there honestly you get random letters on your door to pay monthly stuff added on to your rent and once for all do not waist your time with them

I honestly don’t know where to start! This place is a huge joke! I do NOT recommend this place to no one! I moved into this apartment complex on March 1, 2015 but I requested to move in two days early, I told them I’ll pay the difference which I did. When I moved in they gave me a paper to check everything off to make sure everything was working. I wrote a huge list of all the things that were wrong with the apartment! I did not want to be blame for the things that were malfunctioning. I can’t recall but maybe they only fixed a couple of things. When my lease was up the following year they

If I can give this community zero stars I would ..! The gate never works it’s suppose to be for your protection they lied about having roaches they discriminate me and said my kids were loitering and they live here...! The tile in my apartment is coming up toilets seats fell off part to the bathroom mirror came off smh ..! Suppose to have a 24 hour gym and it’s never open ! Wouldn’t recommend nobody to rent ..! Roaches roaches roaches don’t move here ..!!!!!

I moved in with my uncle and he's wife not to long ago I recently purchased my first car I brought it home yesterday afternoon which was Friday I parked it outside since I didn't have a parking pass decided I'd wait until Monday to go to the office to get my parking permit. As I walked outside this morning to my car I see this lady on the phone looking around and making a whole bunch of noise she asks me if that's my car I said no not that one but the one next to that white car is mine though. I asked we can't park here ? She responded "very rudely" no these parking are only for employers not visitors

The nice inspection guy came to our house to clean our home so there are no more bugs. But I wasn't even a day before they all started coming back. I once opened my closet door and 2 bugs were on the door. Also I saw a rat in our apartment I don't know where it went though. He needed to do a better job cleaning. Also the gate is their for protection yet it doesn't even work. I can't wait to move out so me and my family don't have to put up with this trash

I don't know what I have to say about this trash.btw all their items old and the community in here 🙄🙄🙄 make feel like omg...... Even their management they are so stupid like they tell you it's 'without parking number" but later they send to tow the car for real this happened to me I advise everyone to stay where you are and think to live in woodwind valley

This place is ridiculous. Where do I start...trash always piled up (unless of course the building is being inspected- then they will leave harassing notes on your door to keep it clean *_*), There is no need for flip-flops in summer because if you walk on the tile in the bathroom or kitchen/dining area the tile will stick to your feet - even after several visits to the point I just gave up and played puzzle games with my daughter to put them back in place. Maintenance (although a nice guy) was often in my apartment *fixing, testing, or inspecting* different things without notifying me first. Twice

I been living here for a year now and I just renovated for another one. I also added my husband to the lease and it was quick and easy. I don't understand people's negative post about this apartment complex. I think that these are just people that don't want to go by the rules.

I've only been here for about 2 months now and MARSHA "Brady" at the rental office gave us the best experience getting a new apartment. Great area for me very close to Potomac mills. Marsha is always there to help and answer our calls. Maintenance helped us push our car when it snowed and we got stuck. Only great things to say so far about the staff and apartment.
