Barbara came as a recommendation from a friend who had worked with her. My father had just passed and I needed to sell his house fast in "as in" condition. She came over on the same day that I called with a quick write up for me to review. She was compassionate and sympathetic to my family's circumstance and immediately got to work on networking, listing and showing the house. Barbara has been instrumental in the successful, effortless on my part, lightning-quick, hassle and stress-free sale of my family's house. After months of procrastination on our part, we had to sell it "as-is" and quickly. Called Barbara up in the morning, she came over in the afternoon and took pictures the same day.
