I gave Grady 5 stars because I called first thing this morning 1/2/22 and told them what was going on with my new cat Perci and they told me what to do and they said to bring her in and the exam was going to be $100. I get there tell them who i am they take me back to a room for perci to be seen and it took 10 mins for them to examine her and tell me what’s going on and answer all my questions. They only charged me $10 for it being quick. Thank you Grady.

They are always so nice and I really trust what they tell me. Might be a while to get a room but def worth the wait. My doggo had an ear issue going on brought her here and the problem was gone in three days. Spent a little under 200 bucks so kinda pricey but it's to be expected from the good service you get. They are 24/hours too so if you have an emergency just bring them in.

When your 14 year old Yorkie decides she is big enough to nip her 70lb lab/pit mix over a little bit of dropped chicken.....
At least he only used his paw to swat her down but his dew claw caught her head and split it open. Our regular vet wouldn't take her as it would "Take too long" so we went to Gradys. Not only were we treated quickly they were kind enough to look at another issue that was previously described to us as just allergies that was actually a skin infection. The price was completely reasonable for emergency care late in the evening plus the cost of medicines. No more itchy skin

I love this amazing place and the wonderful people who work there. They saved my babies life! They immediately took her out of my arms as I arrived shouting. They had her back in my arms with in a few minutes to kiss her good night. They found the infection that was causing her low blood sugar. I am so grateful to all staff who took care of my little "EM" from the front desk staff to all the Vet Nurses. Special thanks to Dr. Grady and all other doctors who collaborate to make my precious baby healthy 💖.

I love this veterinary clinic! They are always so helpful and accommodating. With multiple dogs and a cat, it's great to have a veterinarian that is also an emergency clinic. I really appreciate their walk-in service option although it will cost you more versus making an appointment. But sometimes all you can do is walk in and it's great to have that option. The staff is always friendly and explains the medications, procedures, etc. I'm really glad I found them in the Cincinnati area

If I could put a zero, I would. I contacted Grady for an appointment and was told I needed to come to the parking lot to put in a queque to see a vet. I did that at noon. When I arrived at the parking lot, I called to let them know I had arrived. I was put on hold for 15 minutes and then told it would be 4.5 - 5 hours to see a vet. Ok, I went home, came back at 4.5 hours and was told it would be another 2.5-3 hours. I went home. About 1.5 hours later, the office called and said if I was in the parking lot, I could be seen. I told them I could be there in 10 minutes. She said, "Sorry

I took my dog there around 12pm on Sunday night. She was admitted around 4:30 am and the entire staff was so awesome. I’ve worked in Veterinary Medicine for 16+ years, and the level of professionalism, compassion and communication was outstanding. From the front desk staff to the techs and Veterinarians that cared for our girl, I am deeply grateful. You all do such an amazing job. Thank you!

They are so amazing, and sweet. My poor baby dragon of 14 was randomly dying and they tried everything to try and save him. When I went to pick him up they showed me so much passion, and that the cared. Also after he died they allowed me to sit their and hold him as long as I wanted without making me feel rushed, or like I was in the was. They all hugged me and told me how sorry they were for me. One lady even cried with me. They all understood he was family and not just a pet to me. I will always be bringing my pets here.

I have been a client of Grady Vet for close to 15 years and will now begin the search for a new vet. I don't write this review lightly and have voiced by concerns directly with them prior to my most current disappointing experience. Firstly, I would like to say that the vets at Grady's are phenomenal and I am very sad to have to write this review. At this point in time the front desk service, the availability of appoints for clients, and handling of emergencies verses actual scheduled appointments has become atrocious.

We used to love this place but after tonight's experience, I don't think we can go back. The front desk staff was absolutely unprofessional and rude. We sat in our car to waiting to be called in for our appointment. We called to let them know we where there and after my wife and I both being put on hold for 10 minutes, my wife went in. She sat there for about 20 minutes to no avail. After waiting for 40 minutes we left. The receptionist then called us back and after having found out we gave up and left, she had the audacity to raise her voice with my wife. She was very unprofessional

My cat was having issues peeing again. The five different medications they told me to buy didn't work. $400 bucks down the drain! But, I took him back anyway as directed. I walked in and they told me it would be a 2-3 hour wait and they would call me when I could come back. I went home and waited for them to call me. 4 hours later they told me to come in now. I told them I will be there in 20 minutes. The lady said , "Oh sorry you have to come in right now or you will be put at the end of the waiting list." Which was another, you guessed it , 4 hours or so!

Wouldn't have even left one star if i didn't have to. We waited 7 HOURS to finally get my cat checked. 4 of the 7 were in our car waiting for a call. The rest we were constantly lied to being told "there's one more person in front of you then it's your turn". Multiple people who got there shortly after us were still waiting in there cars by the time we were finally done. Also not the cheapest place to go considering they charged me and extra $106 just because it was on a Saturday. My cat was in a crate for nearly 5 hours because of the constant lies. You could not

On Monday, June 22nd our 2 year old Pomeranian had paralysis and was unable to walk. She was with us when this happened and there wasn't any visible cause. Grady vet did an X-ray and didn't find anything, so they did a CT scan and the surgeon didn't see anything. The surgeon sent the CT scan to a radiologist who said her spine is 40% compressed from a disc. The surgeon trusted the radiologist and proceeded with surgery only to find out there wasn't anything he could remove/repair. The incision from the unnecessary surgery has only delayed healing.

I never love having to come here because it always means one of my kids is really sick and needs round the clock care my usual vet can't provide. That said, I've had three different instances of them taking the steps to save cats, so I can't complain too much. The staff is always nice but it's gonna take you a loooong time here, and the prices feel a bit excessive.
