The facility is remarkable; trainers are highly qualified and the atmosphere is relaxed and non-threatening. Customer service is truly what sold me on this facility. I felt comfortable inviting my family and friends, and that says a lot about a boxing gym, especially a place that caters to children and adults. Ridiculously Fitt all the way !!!

First time here, I had a personal training session with Cheryl. But before I actually signed up to work with her the owner was so professional and welcoming. He provided a vast amount of information to answer all your questions. Cheryl is smooth, calm, takes her time, very friendly. I enjoy the 30 mins I was there.

Not for women over 40, kinda on ththe disrespectful side at times in my personal opinion. No kinda positive attitude always on the negative side.
Nice place, plenty of parking, he's good letting you reschedule if you need to, and he'll answer any questions you may have, but that's only if you do the talking, so at times I felt as he could care less and I just continued my class till I finished them all, since I paid upfront. Not everyone can talk to or teach seniors, but it was a lesson learned as I'm 55. Now this is just speaking on my age bracket, but I believe he does great
