Ivona, a native of Poland, entered the real estate profession shortly after moving to the United States in 1991. Having gained experience in two boutique real estate firms, Ivona joined the most prestigious Chicago real estate company Koenig & Strey in 1997. Ivona was absolutely fantastic to work with when looking for a home. Ivona is an immature business person. She capably turned what could have been a simple residential real estate transaction into a childish and adversarial personal battle between buyer and seller. Her glossy marketing is a fake veneer for crude sales tactics and a lack of thoughtful input to trading properties. From the outset, Ivona was a pleasant and delightful person to work with. However, once our purchase contract was signed and commission guaranteed, her friendliness, approachability and responsiveness was completely void. Our particular situation involved a pre-constructed home with a substantial amount of communication needed after the sales contract execution.
