Here at Paw Prints Veterinary Hospital we believe that good preventative medicine such as routine examinations, vaccinations and parasite screening is vital to the health of your pets. Although there have been significant advances in veterinary health care, it is better to prevent diseases from occurring in the first place.

Tulsa Pet Orthopedic Surgery Hospital: Paw Prints Ltd understands when it comes to any orthopedic surgery on a small animal, a pet owner wants to be sure that they are dealing with a skilled veterinarian that is going to treat their pet with care and compassion. Have you noticed your normally active pet has slowed down, seems stiff when moving around, doesn't jump up or has a limp?
It is important to understand that the term soft tissue is applied to any tissue that is not bone. This includes the muscle, ligaments and tendons. Examples of soft tissue injuries can include sprains, strains and tears, unfortunately soft tissue injuries usually result in symptoms similar to more serious orthopedic conditions.
Tulsa Heartworm Disease and Prevention: Paw Prints Ltd knows Oklahoma is a high risk state for heart-worm disease and as such, we recommend annual testing and yearly heart-worm preventative. Heart worms are transmitted by mosquitoes and are generally a greater issue within urban environments like Tulsa, Generally, heart-worm disease is thought of as a canine disease, but the parasite can be transmitted to cats as well.

Staff was very rude, cared more about money that my injured pet.
Update : Feb 22,2020. After leaving this review I was hassled by the staff. I was messaged on Facebook when I did not respond, to them. They actually called me at my place of employment! I took my pet to another vet and she did fine. I stand by review and this harrasment really bothers me . LEAVE me alone.

Overall amazing costumer service. Amazing with my cat and very helpful and nice to me. They educated me and wasn't rude about it. They told me what to look for if my cat was having problems. Showed me how to administer his medications and told me that I could come back anytime if I have difficulty doing it. Overall great experience but pricey

We had to have our pup neutered and years prior to now we had 2 great dogs and Paw Prints was their vets office. So now, I couldn't think of anybody else I wanted to treat our fur baby. During his surgery I was kept informed about everything. There were some issues with his teeth and before doing anything I was called and asked if I wanted those issues taken care of now since he was already sedated or bring him back and take care of it at a later time. Since they sedate pets during teeth work we got it taken care of right away instead of sedating him again. Very professional and friendly staff

I can not recommend this business any longer. We've boarded our dog there for 12 years and while we've consistently had problems with their office policies and billing, we've remained loyal customers due to convenience. Today, I decided to part ways with them over $50.
During our most recent boarding, the staff determined that our dog required the corona virus vaccine. Nevermind that the American Animal Hospital Association has rated this vaccine as 'not recommended', it's PP 'policy', so we authorized it for a fee of $15

My 81 yr old mother has been taking her dog here for 3 years. They insisted that she give him a monthly flea and tick pill that makes him sick. She gave it to him for over a year but the side effects were getting worse. When she told them she wouldn't give it anymore they were rude and refused vet and grooming services until he takes it. They also charge almost 10% more for the medication than my vet does. After going over past bills I found that the billing is confusing. They also do needless tests and over charge for services.

I boarded my dogs through Paw Prints on multiple occasions without incident. However, the last time they kept the dogs, the office staff overcharged me for the boarding (charged vet's house pricing versus office pricing). Additionally, they didn't follow the instructions and left a harness on one of the dogs full time. This caused an issue because my dog chewed through the harness requiring it to be replaced.
When I spoke with the office staff, I was told to come to the office in the afternoon to be reimbursed with cash. I worked afternoons and couldn't make it. Any time I went in I was told to

$200 for full flea treatment on a single cat. Ridiculous. I'm fairly certain we were double charged for at least one of the medications, or at least it wasn't clearly communicated what the price would be before any decisions were made. It wasn't until we got the first bill that we learned it was going to be $150, but after that was paid they said we just had to swing by and pick up the medication that was ordered later the next week. Went to do so and it was another $50.
Update: upon further inspection, not only did they double charge us for the medicine, they charged us for something they didn
