The manager and the assistant really went above and beyond to help make sure my experience of moving in was pleasant and enjoyable. I had a few minor issues and one big major issue that they addressed and continue to follow up on with me. I was an emotional wreck, but the stayed professional, calm , and pleasant during the whole experience. They gave me great customer service. I appreciate them and look forward to my stay at Palm Club.

To start off if I could give this place less than 1 star, I would. The management,Miriam,is the most unresponsive,rude,and intrusive person. Maintenance was not taken care of properly. There was black mold all in my room and a leak in my ceiling that was not properly fixed. We had a toilet that they would not fix and we had to pay the costs of the extra water bill. Miriam tried to blame no parking on "having boyfriends over" when none of us even had a boyfriend. There is not a lot of parking so you would have to walk a mile in the pitch black to your apartment, which is not safe for 3

The review right under mine by chantez F quite accurately describes my experience as well. This place will try to rip you off as much as possible. The smug look on the managements face when they are being confronted with your questions about why the charges are so much for little tiny things like dust on a ceiling fan is absolutely true. The management is also quite unreachable if you have a problem. They will avoid talking to you until the last day so that it is harder for you to negotiate out of false charges. When the virus is over having a book club would be nice.
The porch beams and porch railing and medal stairway paint are flaking.
The bushes in front of this apartments need more 🌞. The bushes should be removed.
My bathroom sink on the left is slow to drain.
The pet park has a lot of dog waste.

I must say, in the beginning, when we first moved there, which was about 3 years ago, it was a great place to live. Parking was the only hassle; as time went on, tenants moved out, and parking became plentiful. There, was a hot tub, tennis, and volleyball area; however, that was taken away, and some 2 poolside grills were brought in. No one uses them because they are filthy and the inside metal is coming off. We recently moved out, and was assessed an $83.00 fee, even though, during the walk through, it was relayed that everything was fine. The signing was completed, making it official that the

Palm Club is a wonderful place to live. The community is gated, the pool is beautiful, the staff goes above and beyond for you. They pay attention to detail. I have lived in apartments where there was paint over spray and other issues, but not here. My apartment was perfect. The carpet was new, the paint was flawless, it was so clean I couldn't find anything to complain about. I couldn't ask for more. I highly recommend it to anyone.

New Managers make this place great! We just signed our second lease with Palm Club, and were debating to even do so. The new office staff, Crystal & Miriam, made it such a great experience. They are so kind and are willing to go above and beyond the call of duty to make sure your happy with everything related to your apartment. We love it here! We also have great neighbors, its not too loud, and the pool is nice.
