Everyone was pleasant. The assistant manager, Ms. Claressa Jackson, was very nice and helpful. The apartments are very well maintained. The only thing that I did not like was some of the tenants that did not pick up after their pets, despite having bags and specific waste containers for this purpose.

I’ve never resided somewhere that has the water shut off so frequently. What makes it even better is the lack of response when calling to inquire! If you don’t mind doing your dishes, laundry and tending to your hygiene on their time, you might wanna check this place out!!! But if you’re a reasonably clean person, you’re not gonna like it here.

I've been here for 3 years now, and let me tell you, this place is like a fine wine. It gets better the longer I'm here! Walking out of my apartment this time of year is like walking through a botanical garden. It's so peaceful here, I wouldn't give it up for anything.

From the moment I knocked on the office door until I finally moved into the nice, clean apartment, I have had nothing but great help, loads of information, & a fantastic office manager (Mrs. Claressa) to work with! I truly appreciate Mrs. Claressa & all of her support as I move into my new residence. It has been challenging moving forward after my divorce, but she has made the transition to a new place a little easier with her kindness & attentiveness. I am thankful that a beautiful place like Retreat --with it's gorgeous lake, man-made beach, & playgrounds at either end-- & their kind staff resides

I recommend The Retreat at Grande Lakes! I moved in here in April 2019 and have had the best experience from choosing my unit, neighbors, maintenance issues and even ease of payment online. I have loved everything here so far. The grounds are lovely maintained and the pool area is kept up very nicely. Everything is well within 10-15 mins travel time of the apartment complex. I highly recommend!

I absolutely love it here. We have been here 2 months and it’s been wonderful. Riding bikes around the lake and swimming everyday is great. Our balcony view is amazing.

I moved here in May of 2019 this year and I love it! Friendly staff in management office. The grounds are kept clean and organized at all times! I would recommend it to anyone!

I would not. the unit I was in was falling apart and management refused to fix. unstoppable mold in master bath and air conditioner didnt work properly

I've been staying here for the past 7 months and they have been really good. Everything is well kept up and the grounds are really pretty. My wife just moved in with her to dogs and they are loving the walks around the grounds and enjoying their stay. Staff is really attentive and kind, and it's needed maintenance is always fast to react. apartments are comfortable and neighbors are great people. print place to live in, highly recommended.

I have the best neighbors and such a beautiful view out my windows. The property is well landscaped, inviting, many amenities to keep you busy; beach, basketball, volleyball, tennis, playgrounds, bike check out, resident bbq's, pool, 24 hour gym, and that is not all we have the pleasure of enjoying daily. The office staff genuinely cares about you and takes the time to listen to what you have to say. Maintenance is prompt and always friendly, the addition of a porter to keep the place immaculate is another added bonus.
