When I had legal trouble, it was the most upsetting experience of my life. Mr. Margolis was respectful and comforting, but realistic and informative. He always kept me apprised of what was coming up next, what to not let upset me, but also what things to take very seriously. He has great respect in the courtroom, but he is very down to earth and easy to talk to.

I came to Mr. Margolis needing information about how to handle a domestic abuse situation and how to go about protecting myself. Dan was extremely professional and sensitive about my situation. He helped me with all the documents I needed and was extremely informative and knowledgeable about how I go about handling the situation. He walked me through step by step. Mr. Margolis is one of the best attorneys I have ever met. I reached out to him to resolve a juvenile issue I had that was standing in the way of my military enlistment. He handled every aspect of my case with style and dignity, completely resolving my issue. I spent ten years in the Air Force and deployed three times. I was able to attend college with the GI Bill and make something of my life because of the care and professionalism he put into my case. First, before I write anything further, I would like to say I called in a very professional manner. This man was rude from the second he picked up the phone. The way he spoke to EXTREMELY rude, as if he was rushing me along to see if the case was even worth his time. Before I finished speaking he said I will need $2000 to even see you. When I said thank you for your time I would like to call around and see my best options. He responded "DON'T EVEN CALL THIS NUMBER AGAIN."
