I sold a property where Boulder Financial Realty represented the buyer and I have to say I've never dealt with such an unprofessional, untruthful, and truly nasty real estate agent in my life. I've bought and sold enough homes to know how this industry works, and it doesn't have a good reputation. People like Catherine at Boulder Financial Realty are the reason this industry has such a poor reputation. I would never do business with these people again and recommend you stay away.

Catherine at Boulder Financial helped us buy our house and subsequently helped us rent it out. She's been absolutely awesome on both fronts.
We were first time buyers and remote to boot, so having a local knowledgeable professional assist us through the process was key to success. Once the house was purchased, she's been great at finding wonderful tenants, and managed any issues that have come up with the house in a timely and cost effective manner. I don't have much direct contact with the tenants but the feedback from them has been extremely positive as well.
