Be advised that it is our policy to provide the tenants/Owners 24 hour notice for all showings. During certain times of the year we have pre-schedule showings due to the demand and interest we get on our properties. You must confirm all showings the day of your showing. If there are no confirmations, a representative will not be there to show the property.

I was compelled to write a review because Catherine is as good as they come. I'm a fellow agent and real estate investor who has witnessed how she can hustle and really be tough when needed while still giving her clients the utmost care. I sold a property where Boulder Financial Realty represented the buyer and I have to say I've never dealt with such an unprofessional, untruthful, and truly nasty real estate agent in my life. I've bought and sold enough homes to know how this industry works, and it doesn't have a good reputation. People like Catherine at Boulder Financial Realty are the reason this industry has such a poor reputation. I would never do business with these people again and recommend you stay away.

Catherine at Boulder Financial helped us buy our house and subsequently helped us rent it out. She's been absolutely awesome on both fronts.
We were first time buyers and remote to boot, so having a local knowledgeable professional assist us through the process was key to success. Once the house was purchased, she's been great at finding wonderful tenants, and managed any issues that have come up with the house in a timely and cost effective manner. I don't have much direct contact with the tenants but the feedback from them has been extremely positive as well.
