We love this place and I would like to give them a huge shout out - especially to Lindsey that graciously accommodated our large group after a family heartbreak. The service they provided was perfect and was truly amazing. Their salads and pizza have also always consistently been very good over all the years we have frequently visited. Thank you!

It is a walk up, and order type of thing and made to order. I ordered an Italian sandwich with a quad Americano to give the place a try. The total was about $17 with tax. I was a little surprised at the price, as that seemed a bit high so I was hoping the sandwich would justify itself. As for the coffee, they didnt have any of the usual options like Almond milk nor even soy milk and they didnt show mochas on the menu at all, although perhaps they had them? I got my coffee first and she didnt ask me if I wanted cream nor anything really, and so I ended up walking myself to the front and waiting

Giving 2 stars bc it was my 1st time there and the gal working at the cashier didn't even tell me where to sit and how to order food....I had to ask. She never told me about any specials. Plus you have to have good eyesight to even see the menu behind the cashier area. She needs training in the customer service area for sure!! I'll probably won't be back!!!!!

We were starving and not sure who would deliver to the Black Lake RV Park. Long drive ahead to get home to Santa Cruz so we were pretty easy to please. The menu looked delicious with several yummy pizzas to choose from. We wanted leftovers so picked three: the pepperoni, pesto and marguerita.
Yikes. Nothing here to rave about sadly. The pepperoni was probably the best with a healthy amount of pepp, but all three suffered from weird crust issues. Thin crust, but sort of had a hard-to-chew texture. Not crispy, but tough. And the tomato sauce didn't have much taste.

I'm writing this review for a few reasons: 1, because this place is absolutely delicious. I haven't lived in Olympia in a couple years and I still dream about their homemade tomato soup, margarita pizza and pear gorgonzola salad. I was telling my partner how much I missed eating I.talias food and hopes on Yelp to show some photos of the DELICIOUS food. I was so surprised to see some of these bad ratings on here. OVER (honestly what it seems like-) NOTHING. I'm so sorry that this sweet business has had to deal with a few bad ratings that sound totally bogus. I'm a long time fan

The pizza here is really yummy. Kids enjoy the make your own pizza and we like the caramelized sausage one. Was really impressed with the service. It's order up front and they'll bring the food out to you and I appreciated the waters, plates, napkins, etc without having to ask at all. The gelato is so yummy!!

We recently stopped by for lunch. They have a decent selection of sandwiches, pizza, and salads, along with beer and wine. We ordered the caprese sandwich, along with a Pepsi and iced tea. Service was slow, but we went during an off hour, so there were only a couple of customers. During our meal, we asked the server for drink refills. She came over with a pitcher of tea and Pepsi and she poured tea into my half finished Pepsi and Pepsi into hubbs half finished tea. The employee at this restaurant followed me out into the parking lot to scream at me. I used their restroom because I didn't see any signs nor was there a lock on the door. I understand they have a right to their own restroom policy. But please don't follow me into the parking lot that makes me very uncomfortable. I surely won't be back as a "paying customer".

Neat counter order, seat yourself, corner pizzeria, with great lemonade, and a pear Gorgonzola salad to die for! Soups, sandwiches, antipasto, WINE & beer, and a host of other things to pick from. Of course Pizza too. Staff is very friendly, attentive, and chefs take great care with meals. Togo, call in & two seating areas. Sorry, it looked so good, and I started eating before taking pictures...

First time boyfriend and I came here we ordered a plain cheese pizza, we usually get a basic item to test how good a place can do with the basics/foundation. And omg. They aced it. We sat in the car looking at each other after we ate it. Should we get another? ..... No, we can't. We have things to do 😂 We went back again another day to get personal pizzas, they have so many flavors and combos that are just unique enough to be new but not too weird to be weird. Basically every time we are in Olympia we are going there now.

One of my favorite places to go. I love their local pear blue cheese pizza- (though I wish it had more hazelnuts) and their pear Gorgonzola salad as well as the roasted almonds. Since Covid I have called in my order for pick up (on 2 separate occasions) so I have less exposure. Items have been made quickly (ready in 15 minutes) and never lacking in flavor. Great restaurant, friendly staff, good food.

Pizza is fabulous at this restaurant when you go and order it and eat it there so are the salads. This is the second time I've taken it to go and when I've got home which is just five minutes it's soggy on the bottom. It's not as good. Maybe they can up their take out boxes... but during these times of covid we can't be choosy right!

I've been going to I.talia since I was young. Every time has been a wonderful experience with great people - with semi slow service. Today, was the first time I ever experienced such TERRIBLE customer service. I was shocked as I waited in line for over 10 minutes when NOBODY else was in line ... and the couple behind me even left they were so fed up with waiting. After that, the waitress was super rude when taking my order, and didn't even give me my drink - even though I ordered one. She was "sassy" aka just plain rude and I don't know the next time I'll be back.

EXTREMELY RUDE !! Me, my mom, and friend were eating lunch and were first in line to order. We got one plate of food and watched everyone else's table get served before us. All the cooks were laughing and talking while staring at our table. We kept constantly trying to look at them to get their attention and flag them down but they turned around to "work." We waited 5 more minutes after a good 40 for ONE pepperoni pizza. (note that we were just sitting there sipping on water for a good 30 already while all that was happening) We got up and asked for the manager to cancel our order

I love pizza and have to admit that Pizza Al Pesto is my favorite. Afraid I won't be able to try anything else! Impressed that they serve Olympic Mountain Gelato but I've never been hungry enough to enjoy it! I will have to make it a point to one of these days. Convenient location and great establishment. Overall service is good; some staff are very pleasant while others could learn a bit about customer service and team dynamics. With that said I will definitely be back, over and over again.

When I lived in Olympia, I was a regular at I.talia because I couldn't get enough. Since I was in town this past weekend, I had to go back and it was just as good as I remembered it. First of all, the flatbread. It's just their pizza dough with red sauce, but I love it! I used to order that and a salad and would be quite content. As for the salad, my favorite is hands down the pear gorgonzola with a delicious vinaigrette. I am craving it as I write this. The pear bleu cheese pizza is also amazing. My partner is off this week and treated me to lunch. We used to come here quite frequently when we lived on the west side but probably haven't been in in about a year. I was on my lunch so I wanted something a bit quick compared to a traditional sit down restaurant.

We came to celebrate my daughters 4th birthday. This was a fun place to eat for her.
The kids can make their own pizza and there are "Melissa and Doug"
Toy pizza to play with along with a pizza themed book my 6 year old could read!
My chicken sandwich was ok not great. My husband's meatball sandwich was good! My kids actually ate their whole pizza (rare for them!)
We will be back for the kid friendly food fun.

Very disappointed with the food. First of all you order at the counter and pay before you get your food. Once you have your food the service stops. To get a drink refill you have to get up and go back to the counter and ask for one!!!
I ordered the tomato basil soup, it was thin and watered down and not great. I then had the lasagna with meat sauce, this came on a plate in marinara sauce. The edges of the lasagna were hard from it being heated up in the microwave. The food was not piping hot. The lasagna was also tasteless, and a frozen one would have been better and cheaper!!
