Is near my home so I was looking forward to good pho. Went when it first opened up but they had so few choices, I decided to give them some time, like over a year. Went last week to get my favorite, chicken pho. The broth was weak and tasted like it came out of a box. I could swear the meat was leftover turkey. My teenage son could make it better at home. So dissappointing.

I ordered a small spicy pho, very salty. I was given a large. I wasn't given water and the waitress was nowhere to be found. I added a Pepsi before paying at the counter. The bill was $22.xx. The waitress said it was probably the Pepsi that added up that much.. service was slow. Probably last time I ate here. I hope others don't experience the same.

We should have known... there was very little meat in our pho. The flavor and consistency was fine but very little meat and fewer veggies than other pho places put in their phos. Price was a little higher (15%-20%) than other pho places in the Olympia area.
Service was good. Restaurant seemed clean..

Pho was not tasty. Had to add alot of salt and soy sauce to add "flavor to it".
Paid $5 for some fries that were overly salty like someone just threw a ton of salt on it by mistake. It was not a large portion of fries for $5. It was only half the box in the photo.
Service was quick but wouldn't come here again because of the food quality.
**Try hot ginger pho in lacey it's much better haha. **

Best Pho I have tasted in Olympia. Better than Da Nangs and Pho Lynn. I have been a long time customer of Pho Lynn but this is our new spot. I think the prices are fair and the portions are just right. I am Satisfied after a bowel of the regular Pho but not full, which I prefer. I am 175 lbs so can differ from person to person. I think the portions at Pho Lynn are slightly larger but the quality is definitely better at this place for similar prices. Also, the atmosphere of the place is very nice and modern with lots of cool pictures. Staff super friendly and attentive. I usually don't write reviews

I loved going to Thuy's when visiting area friends. Then friends moved, Covid blew in to interrupt our lives. But I have been wishing to go to her place once I get back to my more usual rounds. I love her Pho! Want to try some other things, but I am a Pho case! It makes me feel good and is wonderfully warm for the winter.

The food here is good! I came from the East Coast where I was surrounded by Vietnamese community (Eden Center) everywhere so needless to say I was spoiled with amazing and authentic Viet food. This place is great and I might say the best in West Olympia. The broth for the pho is so flavorful and not salty at all.
I normally like to make my own pho at home but this place is as good as it gets and I enjoyed every spoonful of pho from here! Highly recommend this place!

The prices are very reasonable. The broth is one of the better broths in the area. The pho has about half the amount of meat as the typical pho place in the area. The banh mi was missing jalapeños and the bread was about a day away from going bad. There was also crispy flake things in the sandwich and the Mayo replacement was not that great. Not sure if they're just putting out a lesser product from being short staffed or if this is the new normal.

The only place in Olympia that has Chinese donuts with my pho!!!❤❤❤❤❤ Also my boyfriend has never tried pho before and he loved it!! I am really embarrassed to say that the customers here in Olympia are ignorant rude and extremely impatient. On behalf of the community I am sorry the servers have to deal with that. That's unacceptable but then again we are in Olympia/Thurston County.

It's very clean and they have sanitizer on each table. Friendly and attentive service. The broth is really well done and the noodles were cooked perfectly. This would be a solid 4 star review if it weren't for.... The proportions and quality of meat are not ok. One of our pho was supposed to have three types of meat and I'm pretty sure they forgot one- and we were digging through the soup to find the rest. I don't even like a lot of meat in my pho,so....If they changed that - this would be a regular for us. The broth really was good!

Delicious pho!! The broth was so delicious on my combo pho I ordered today. I also got a order of the salad rolls (with prawns and pork) and it came with peanut sauce and it was amazing! Was in town visiting my cousin and decided we wanted pho for lunch and Thuy's Pho was close and affordable with large portions! I got a regular size pho and couldn't finish it!

Oh my gosh this place is delicious. I've been here about three times and I always order the simplest things on the menu because I believe if you can perfect those, the harder stuff will be good. Well, even the harder stuff like the ox-tail soup is perfected! Try the pho with an order of the Chinese donut! You will not be disappointed!!

Vietnamese caramel? Yeah, it's a thing! Apparently it's a very popular staple of Vietnamese cooking. The caramel sauce is called nuoc mau which is pronounced "nook mao."
The magic of nuoc mau is how it is used to marinade savory ingredients like the pork in Thuy's Pork Banh Mi.
If you've never had a Bahn Mi, or maybe it's been awhile, let me elucidate here. The combined sweet & savory of the pork, the tangy crunchy pickled veggies & the soft baguette with a slightly crispy crust all work together to create the perfect two-handed sandwich experience

I was so excited to try this location. Ordered a pick up order and was really disappointed when I got home. The ox tail pho / short rib pho which is their special. Was less than impressive and not
Worth the price. Also ordered a standard beef pho and got 3 slices of meat that you could compare to processed lunch meat. It's unfortunate I love a good pho location. I do not see this business lasting too long. But the fresh spring rolls were decent.

Okay so I came in during the soft opening. The place doesnt seem to need that much work and looks like they're ready to do a LOT of business when they do a grand opening.
Some notes:
Very good pho, probably the best in olympia. Better than pho hoa down the street and better than asian deli. Breaks my heart to say that. This place is like if asian deli and pho hoa had a baby. I didnt get a bahn mi but some guy walked in and got one and not only does the bahn mi come with dipping broth I could *hear* that dudes bahn mi. That's a good sign. Unfortunately I let out some slurps as i ate my pho. In
