A friend of mine, who is in a wheelchair, due to not having his left leg, was charged $50 because he wasn't able to take out the trash while his roommate was visiting his family over Thanksgiving break. This place is not ADA friendly at all! Not to mention their "secured" entrances, just pull hard and you can get in.

We have been living at the Aston for about half a year and have really enjoyed it here. the apartments work well for us in size and function. the underground parking is wonderful and the community is great. We have always had great interactions with the staff and administration and are happy to be living in a place that is very centrally located and has plenty of public transit.

Management and staff has very little concern for residents. They do not listen to complaints, have zero regard for residents wellbeing, and they don't communicate clearly or directly at all. Very passive aggressive. I'd give zero stars if I could. If you're looking g for nice housing with reasonable landlords, look somewhere else. You can find really nice apartments with amenities like these for cheaper and with better management that actually cares about you.

I've been at The Aston apartments for about 5 months now. The staff was very helpful in getting me situated and from our initial conversation until my move-in date was a short period of about 3 days. The staff has been very helpful with the changing needs I have found in living here. And between the amenities and community events, it's easy to feel welcome in spite of my busy schedule.

I have loved living here for the past 2 years. The apartments are really nice and the office staff have always been super helpful. Maintenance workers are always quick to respond to any problems and the amenities are super nice. I am super sad to leave and will definitely think about this place if I am ever in the area again.

I just moved in a few weeks ago and so far I love it! Drea was super friendly and helped me with any questions that I had, she made the move in process very easy! The staff all seem very nice and friendly! I can't remember the name of the girl who gave me my key and helped me move in but she was also super amazing!
