My wife and I have really enjoyed our time living here. It is a great location, nice space, and the management is very responsive an helpful. There has been some construction going on recently which isn't ideal, but not too bad. We especially like living right outside of the Orchard at University Place because they do a lot of fun events during the summer and for all of the holidays. I would totally recommend it for anyone that asks.

I’ve lived here for the last year and my wife and I have absolutely loved it. The elevators are fast, private 1 car garage is convenient, and the views from our balcony and bedroom are stunning. We have 2 beds and two full baths. The master closet is very spacious and the natural light great.
Management is also very nice and reasonable. We haven’t had any problems.

The Exton is the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. The apartments are brand new, everyone I’ve met who works here is super responsive and welcoming, and the views can’t be beat. I love having a private garage, having access to rooftop barbecues, and looking out over Orchard Park, especially when there are fun events happening during the summer. They are not only pet friendly, but they WELCOME pets to the extent of them having dog treats in the front office and an indoor pet rest area! Living here truly is the best and I recommend it to everyone!
