I first met Shirley several years ago when she was at another location. I happened to find her again through a Groupon deal when she moved to her new location. Shirley has the hands of an angel. I signed up on the spot for monthly massages, and go at least once a month and have for the past two years.
In order to hold the appointment we require a 50% deposit or a gift certificate or gift card number. If the appointment is canceled less than 24 hours in advance you will be charged 50% of the services total. Deal vouchers will be forfeited. Last minute changes to appointments will be honored only if the service time is available and other guests are not inconvenienced.

I do feel compelled to write a review after my experience. I will start by saying that the masseuse was fantastic! Her name is Madlen.
On the other hand the adminitrative side of things was less than pleasant! I first made an appointment at 3:15 and was told I had to pay in full. Then, instead of a phone call, i get a text asking me to change to 6:15 which was not workable for me. Then they had 3:00 available which I took but had to get ready and leave right away. Getting there, a combination of walking and late subways was an adventure.
I was late and ended up paying for a 90 minute massage

Shirley was amazing !! One of the best massages I’ve ever had and my first hot stone massage. Shirley found my tense spots without me having to mention them. I left feeling very relaxed can’t wait to go back. The perfect experience for my birthday. Highly recommended. Clean, professional service and atmosphere.

Great experience! Went for a mother-daughter day and both of our experiences went well. I got a signature massage and my mom got the All That and More Spa package. I think it was money well spent and the conversation and massages were awesome. A clean space and had Covid safe procedures in place. Very sweet people and Black owned. I recommend this place.

Eventually, someone excited the glass door, so I proceeded to go in. At that point, there was a sign indicating to take off our shoes. I did as instructed. There was another door that I knocked on, but no one answered. I went inside not knowing the full policy.

Certain places don't require long reviews. This is one of them. Customer service was amazing. Quality of service was nothing short of superior. Being a resident of the Washington DC area and making Spa Boutique 2go a stop on a random trip to NYC, the experience was enough to make me come back to NYC regularly just for a massage.

So happy to find a reputable massage therapy location within the city. There are so many sketchy massage parlors in NYC it can be difficult to find one that feels right. Fortunately the Spa Boutique staff and Deborah were both very welcoming and friendly. I went for a deep tissue massage. Deborah listened to my feedback when I needed a little less pressure, and I left feeling like I'd been worked over in the best possible way. A couple of stubborn muscles would not submit, so I'll just have to go back in a few weeks. Like Deborah said, it's a process and takes time to get the body

First of all, I literally got a last minute appointment because of my work stress. I originally made it for 1:45 because that was the last one available this weekend. But then, this morning, Micheal called me and said that someone cancelled at 12:30 and asked if i could come, which surely worked for me. The place itself was super relaxing and smelled really good! Micheal was the greatest! He made me feel so comfortable and he really put in work into my muscle tension! I had such a great experience there and i will happily recommend Michael and this spa to anyone and everyone !

Went to Spa Boutique Saturday as a treat for my hubby for Father's Day, we had the Couples Massage. I had Micheal and he had Deborah. Which we both throughly enjoyed!!! Although Micheal has very firm hands he did instantly cure my edema of my ankles that I occasionally get in the summer months. Now I'm looking into booking a lymphatic drainage massage with him in the next few weeks..Beautiful atmosphere and they are all very welcoming, also very economical.

This is now my third time and last time going there. Everything was an epic fail. I got there ten till, Shirley opened the door and introduced herself to me- mind you each time I've been there, I've only had and only request Shirley and they keep track of all that information. This gave me a little concern, but decided not to sweat it .
My massage started right on time, at the beginning of the massage I check to see the time, the last time I was there, I felt that I had been shorted on time and I wanted to be sure I wasn't bugging. I was very specific to Shirley about my massage
