Personal wellness is different from one individual to another and it's many times rooted in making behavioral changes to find a life balance. Services
Randy Vazquez earned a Doctorate in Nutritional Sciences from The University of Arizona. Dr. Vazquez is a member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and also has a Certified Wellness Coach (CWC) certification from the Spencer Institute.
Individual assessments will be performed and goals will be discussed. We will keep track of your progress together with weekly weigh-ins and follow up discussions. We will discuss and address behavioral changes that have worked towards fulfilling your goals and/or what obstacle(s) you face that slow your progress.
Everyone has their own health journey and the struggles that go with it. That's why it is so important to have someone in your corner that is not condescending or rude during such a hard time. Randy is a great coach to have in your corner because he is encouraging and patient and knows just how to push you to help you meet your goals without going overboard.
