My realtor, Andrew, and his transaction coordinator, Lori, were both excellent in helping us find our home. They responded quickly to our phone calls, texts, and emails. Andrew supplied us with plenty of homes to visit and was flexible when we added in homes that we had found out separately. He counseled us well regarding inspection, price… negotiation, and closing issues. Lori kept us on track and was able to answer all of the questions we asked her, with quick and useful responses.

Best real estate experience and one of the best customer service experiences I've had. I've bought three houses and dealt with numerous realtors and Chris was on another level from previous realtors I've dealt… with. Not only was Chris extremely knowledgeable but he was also very responsive, patient (we toured houses with our 4 month old) and extremely professional negotiator. The selling realtor was traveling out of the country during the negotiation so Chris crafted emails expertly to insure her quick response as we were on a tight timeline to move into the house.
