CrossFit Grinder is the premier CrossFit affiliate gym in the North Atlanta area, serving the Sandy Springs, Dunwoody, Buckhead, and Roswell communities. We operate out of a 2,000 sq. While CrossFit high intensity work outs worried me at first, Grinder was great because they have great coaches and members on all levels of skill and development.

Great coaches, great teams of athletes, and a family atmosphere. Encouraging atmosphere, continuing education from coaches and a smaller gym for a more personalized experience. I've been going here for a year and I continue to learn. I love CrossFit Grinder! It's always such a rewarding workout for any level.

Initially I signed up for what I thought was a “free” 6 week challenge, but it ended up costing me more than two months of standard gym access if paying month to month. Along with the cost came the promise of extra trainer time, technique development, and a pair of Crossfit shoes (which I never received.) After the initial 6 week challenge, I decided to sign up for an additional 6 month period, but was ultimately unable to discern the difference between the challenge trial and every other class I attended.
After a change in my circumstances, I was unable to utilize the facility for approximately

If you are in the Atlanta area and love Crossfit, then I would highly recommend Crossfit Grinder. The atmosphere there is fun and friendly. The coaches I had when I was there was Daniel and Etsehiwot (I had Estehiwot on a previous trip). They both gave advice when needed and also complimented on your form. This gym is a little smaller than other gyms which in my opinion is great. That means a more personalized one on one experience. At one of the WODs I was at, there was another coach (Brandon) helping out as well. He was going around making sure the other athletes were performing the moves correctly

As with many things in my life, I did not want to come here but was encouraged to by my wife and let me say, I am so glad she did! This place is phenomenal.
It is a discreet store, located off of Roswell Road, near an old strip mall. You walk in and are a bit confused on what to do next. And from there it all changes. We met and had our class led by Daniel and honestly enjoyed ourselves (in a sweaty, exhausted after a workout sense) so much.
The class lasts about an hour, with a group no larger than 12 people. The classes are more intimate, in the sense that you receive the 1x1 feedback while

Joined here 2 months ago, and I have to say this place is quite addicting! The program was tough for me in the beginning (and still is some days!), but Coaches Daniel, Brandon, and E have been really knowledgeable and helped in scaling the WODs to meet my ability. And I have seen myself improving since the last 2 months - I definitely feel stronger overall and can do more in my daily life without feeling exhausted. I recommend Crossfit Grinder to everybody in the area!

I joined Crossfit Grinder about a year ago. It is a small gym and I liked the small classes and found coaches who classes I really enjoyed. Back in April, Daniel changed up the coaching schedule and started teaching most if not all of the classes himself, I was not a big fan of his coaching style and stopped attending the gym. I had paid for a 6 month unlimited membership, this was about a month into it. Since not attending for 5 months, I had moved out of GA to NY and with the move forgot to officially cancel the membership and with my lack of attendance did not think it would renew. I got charged

I joined in April. I had been working out in a traditional gym and I was not pushing myself. At Crossfit Grinder everyone has different abilities but everyone pushes themselves hard, which I like a lot. This place has great people and trainers. I am glad I joined and I am getting results.

This was my first experience at a CrossFit gym ever, indeed it could seem a bit intimidating at first! However, the group was knowledgeable and supportive; they motivated me and facilitated the most kick butt workout! I highly recommend Crossfit Ginder!! They certainly acquired a new regular out of me!!!

Great atmosphere, great athletes, great trainers. Been doing Crossfit 3+ years & love working out here! Gym's been growing steadily but still feels very personal. Programming rocks, too - good balance of traditional Crossfit & heavy lifting.
