Our small group fitness classes are perfect for anyone who prefers to workout in a group environment but seeks the coaching and supervision of a personal training session. All ability levels are highly encouraged to attend. All classes are properly spaced for social distancing and all CDC sanitation protocols are used.

3. I am driving. Where should I park my car? Unfortunately, we do not validate parking; however, there is plenty of paid parking located along 8th St, Cypress St and 7th St. If you are attending one of our 6am classes, street parking is free until 7am. 4. What is the cancellation policy for Group Fitness classes?

I. Love. Shawn. I joined a few months ago and am doing personal training (with a specific goal) and classes. The classes are always different and fun and honestly as hard as you make them. My personal training sessions with Shawn fly by and I always wish they last longer. Just like the classes they are always different and fun, but geared towards the goals we discussed. It's been almost two months and I can tell I'm making progress. Working out never feels like a chore and I genuinely enjoy it. As a side note, COVID protocols are taken very seriously which I did factor into my decision

I have been going to this gym for 6 months and have seen really good results! The classes are always varied and the staff and other customers are really friendly. It's a good community there. Most other gyms in the area are too boring and very corporate feeling. This is a real gem in Midtown!

I really like this gym, work out and instructors! Shawn, Ben, Jamie & Rose are all awesome. The workouts are not cardio heavy as the typical HIIT class, but by the end I feel like I got a cardio workout with all the exercises. Constantly moving on to new exercises throughout the class allows me to turn my mind off and just do what the trainer instructs. They have a great way of motivating us in a positive way and I'm already seeing good results. I highly recommend trying this gym for all these reasons.

These guys are great. Friendly, welcoming environment and the enthusiasm of Shawn, Ben and the team shows through in every workout. They have immense patience and work hard with each class member - giving tips and providing guidance each step of the way. One-on-one training got too expensive at another gym but I'm seeing the same kind of results here. It's a family atmosphere and I enjoy my workouts each week. Thanks guys!

Amazing workout! This place completely amazed me. I wish it was in San Francisco!

It focuses on full body workout so the different stations focus on different parts of the body (legs, arms, core, chest, back, etc.) with combination of cardio and strength training. This helps a lot so I don't have to have leg day, arm day, etc. - one workout which focused on all exercises.

The instructor is also really nice and he explains the workout in the start of the class. It is a small fitness center so you get individual attention especially if you are not doing it right.

Can't say enough good things about this gym. You truly get a personalized training at a fraction of the price in the group classes. No more than about 15 people per class, so the instructor is really able to make sure each participants form is correct and they are getting the most out of the workout. I've seen great results.
One of the best parts of this gym is that there is no pressure or feelings of insecurity like you sometimes get with other places. Everyone - including the other participants - is so supportive.

I have been going to Lion's Den fitness for 1 month and have seen immediate results. The workouts are challenging and creative! The trainers know what they are doing and are willing to help at any time. I recommend this gym to anyone looking for a place to workout in Midtown Atlanta!

If you are looking for a friendly gym to work out at in Midtown, I highly recommend Lion's Den Fitness. They offer both personal training and group classes. I do personal training with Shawn, the owner of the gym. Shawn is awesome and a great trainer. It takes a lot to motivate me in the morning and Shawn is always up to the task. There are a couple of other trainers who are also really nice.

I've never done one of their classes, but the 6am classes are nearly always full (I see them leaving when I come to train at 7am) which leads me to believe they are good classes. Additionally
