I am a mindfulness-based psychotherapist committed to the personal growth of individuals and their communities. My therapeutic approach is influenced by theories such as; humanistic, narrative, family systems and a variety of mindfulness disciplines. I bring a collaborative, trauma-informed and client-centered perspective to the therapeutic relationship offering you the opportunity to reduce suffering and ultimately heal.
Counseling is a commitment to your health and emotional well-being. Committing to your wellness will propel you on a journey in which you are sure to to heal, grow, and discover your life in new ways. This journey is not meant to be traveled alone and creating wellness requires support. I will support you on this journey by guiding you toward self-awareness and acceptance.
My rate is $100.00 per 50 minute session and $135.00 per 75 minute session. I provide a free 30-minute initial consultation to determine that we are a good fit. I am dedicated to making therapy accessible to everyone and I do have slots reserved for clients who cannot pay full fees. Please contact me for more information.
