Laser Therapy is a deep penetrating light that promotes faster healing, eases pain, and improves mobility. The laser system sends photons, or packets of light energy, deep into tissue without damaging it. This promotes production of ATP in the cell which is the energy cells need for repair and rejuvenation.

We brought our pets her since we
Moved to Colorado but after today we wont go here ever again.
You guy calling yourself vets but sending a dog in need away.
I understand you have. Busy schedule but to send away a dog in pain who’s not a case for the ER is absolutely not ok! And then having the guys to tell me you have an appointment in 2 weeks when the dog has a bad infection and that can cause heart failure etc if not treated.
Shame on you!
Don’t be a vet if you’re not willing to help pets in need when necessary! It’s always just about money with you guys.

I called around to about 8 places before Cook's said that they could see my rat. Everywhere else was either booked up for three months out or they didn't service rats.
They have an amazing staff who took great care of my rat and were very caring and knowledgeable about her issues. I will be going back for all my rat needs!

I have been coming to Cook for a couple years now. Dr. Ramsel & staff has always taken the time to make me feel comfortable with helping me understand the diagnosis and treatment plan for both my elderly animals. My dog had stopped eating due to an abscess, they treated him with acupuncture for the 1st time, we got home and he ate right away. I’m thankful to have a caring, knowledgeable staff with the option for holistic medicine to care for our animals. 💕

Took my 4 year old lab to see Dr. Ramsel to get a 3rd opinion on what was going on with my pup and she did everything she could to help us figure it out. My Oliver is now going on 2 weeks and he's feeling so much better! Take your pets to see her she will not disappoint you! Never met a vet that genuinely cared so much about how my dog was doing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

This is a TERRIBLE establishment. They do not treat animals or their owners with respect. I called them with a major emergency with my dog who I have taken to them before... they put me off 4 days to see what was wrong. I didn't settle for that and took her to an emergency hospital after and found out that if I didn't treat her right away she it could have been fatal. THEN we have our other two dogs inside the car with the windows completely down and we are right outside. They have the time to go around our backs to the restaurant across the way, where we are sitting on the patio, to

I love Cook's Veterinary! Dr Ramzel has taken very good care of my kitties. This team really has love for animals. Chris at the front desk is so kind, she always listens to me go on about my kitties. When I bring my semi ferrel cat in they handle her with such tenderness she doesn't freak out on them. When it came time to put my old cat down they came to my house to do it and were very comforting through the whole process. Again I love this place and the people who work here.

Small, but great vet in downtown Colorado Springs. In a more secluded area, so not hard to find parking. Doctor was thorough, sweet, and genuine. Really seemed to care for both my cats. Very good prices! You don't have to have an exam if you know you just need a certain type of shot for your animal. Most places make you spend around $50 for an exam before giving shots. That was a perk. Needless to say, I'll coming here from now on.

Dr. Ramsel very flexibly accommodated my Bandit, working his short-notice procedure into an already jammed surgery schedule. I never felt rushed, even though I knew she was booked solid. Dr. Ramsel and the entire staff at Cook were super accommodating, professional, and friendly. I would go back in a heartbeat.

I stumbled upon Cook Vet Hosp, looking for a vet clinic near our west side home. I can say we've been blessed to have found such an amazing group of wonderful people, from the gals up front, to the techs, to the Dr.'s! Nani and Nevaeh have been treated with care and compassion. We've always been given solid sound diagnosis and advice. The doctors are very informative and knowledgable! They are reasonably priced (though I'd pay more knowing what I know now about the staff and Dr.'s), they are sooooo kind, they adore my girls and I know the girls are in great hands when there

Let me put it as plainly as possible.
Great.
We recently lost a pet to a very fast what we understand may have been a virus. The kitty was treated by another vet close to us on the westside. While the cat was likely in duress and would have passed, the whole experience just did not have the right vibe. Among other things, the cost for a couple of hours of vet time was astronomical. And there was absolutely NO return to discuss the fact that we had just spent a great deal of money for our kitty cat that passed 12 hours later. We both felt this would have been somewhat appropriate. Instead

Cook has always been good to our family! They are very considerate and always consider you and your pet's care their #1 priority. You can tell they care more about helping you than anything else. They also have reasonable prices and never do unnecessary charges. Some vets I have used in the past have made me feel like all they want is money, not the case here! I recommend everyone I know to cook veterinary!

Never have space to take in semi emergency situations. Very unaccommodating. I have a dog who needs stitches and they are booked for the whole week and can't make space to see my dog. I wouldn't recommend this vet to anyone unless they just needs shots. Life happens, they can't help you when life happens. Find a vet who can!

Visiting Colorado Springs from out of state when our fur baby became unexpectedly ill. We called multiple offices who told us they couldn't see us, or some who told us to wait until after hours when we could call the emergency vet. When I called Cook the receptionist was very empathetic and told me their day was full but she'd see what she could do. She came back and offered us a time slot within the hour to see the doctor. The office was conveniently located and easy for even a tourist to find. The place was very clean and didn't have that dog/bleach depressing smell a lot of offices
