Often, a dog or a cat may be shy, wary, or even hide once they come into a new home. This is normal. Patience and understanding will go a long way toward creating a comfortable experience for you new pet.

I only brought my pup here once (his first vet visit and he was a rescue) so I had a ton of questions. The vet was very dismissive and rude -- she was annoyed I had a list of questions. She guilted me and tried to instill fear when I didn't immediately schedule a teeth cleaning -- it's $500 more here than I paid at the new vet. The staff was very nice but I was upset after the visit.

Various doctors at Heal have diagnosed and provided live-saving care to all my pets. They caught my dog's cancer very early, so only surgery was needed.
They always walk me through all my options, including potential prognosis, not pushy for unnecessary tests or treatment, and I find their prices fair. Great surgeons; attentive, responsive techs and desk staff, and people who genuinely care about the animals.
They also see exotic pets, and helped our ferret live a long, healthy life.

Their security outside harassed me while picking up my food next door. They followed me into the restaurant and told them not to serve me. I tried to call and speak to the manager and they explained there is a war going on from the dog place and the restaurant? I don't know what type of explanation that is but it's unacceptable.

Highly recommend this place! Dr. Landini is my kinda vet, he clearly knows his stuff and I love that he isn't going to tell you to do or buy something for your dog to make money. I know if he tells me we have to do something it's going to be because it's needed. A few times he has called me back at 8 or 9pm to get back to me which just shows how much he cares about his customers (these weren't major issues but he just didn't want me to be worried about it overnight). Also doesn't hurt that my dog runs in the building he is so excited, clearly they are doing something

Very nice place! Recently changed vets and decided to try this vet, and we love it! Loving staff, and you can tell they really care about the pets and their owners. Example, our little guy had some issues and could have had many things done to him so we could pay more instead he suggested not all the things were necessary as he could see he was doing good with the things he had already tested. Highly recommend this place to all pet parents.

I had my 19 year old cats teeth cleaned w/5 molars extracted. She ccx ame out of it fine.
I bought her back this oct 15th for a follow up bc she had mild kidney failure.
Because of the Covid-19 I had to dtop her off and pick her up later. I asked her medical records but they weren't ready. I asked pls mail them to me. It wasn't a problem for them...but they never sent them. They prescribed fluids for her but it wasn't the type of fluids I mentioned I wanted.
Since I wasn't able to be there while she examined her I couldn't ask the vet questions.
It's been all this

I have brought my doggies to see Dr. Landini for many years. Dr. Landini helped us say goodbye to our 15 year old Border Collie named Heidi, and I wouldn't have made it through without the special care and honest advice that I received from Dr. Landini. We now have our young Leo and I insist on continuing Leo's care at Heal Veterinary Clinic.
They have extremely helpful and kind staff, and a clean and pleasant waiting room.
During COVID, they have been extremely careful about the way they handle the clients and pets and I feel very safe.

Definitely recommend Heal Veterinary Clinic. The minute we walked in with Reina my son's dog. The energy with staff was trusting & felt safe. They have extended Reina's life. She was diagnosed almost 2 years ago with Lymphoma. With Chemo, she is still eating, drinking, running around. For me the very best care. Are animals are family:)!!!

I’ve had numerous misdiagnosis working with with other vets. Then finally a great experience with Dr. Landini for over 20 years, so have been reluctant to try other vets. I currently have a 19 year old cat,… that has had one problem after another. Dr. Rasmussen has won me over. She doesn’t miss a beat, and is 100% on the ball. Walks in appts fully prepared with knowledge of full.health and appt history,. Quick follow up, within 2 hours of my calls. Attentive to my questions and concerns. Patient listener, to all my “know it all” solutions, then follows by sharing

Were previous Heal patients, but recently adopted a dog from PAWS who partners with VCA.
Two weeks ago our 8 month old Boxador ate two small tennis balls at the dog park. Few days later after waiting to see if he could pass them, he started throwing up. Got him into VCA first thing, told them what I saw/thought. They poked around at him, decided he probably didn't have anything in his system and recommended $1,000 in other treatments. I insisted on the X-ray and sure enough......told me they couldn't even schedule a surgery at app and sent me to MedVet who wanted $7,000.
