I've worked with Kendra for over three years now and she is an excellent (5 star) trainer! I feel much stronger, have better balance, and I have never had to worry about being injured during my workouts. She always finds ways to make the workouts both effective and fun. We are constantly doing new things but at the same time the exercises are aimed specifically at my weaknesses, so I improve.

I highly recommend her! She never lets you quit or give up, she makes it so you can DO it. Kendra is such a positive addition to my life and because of this I have her working with my 88 year old mother. Spend an hour with her and you'll see exactly what I mean.
