I’ve been coming to this vet for a little over 3 yrs! He is so caring and practical. He listens and informs you in detail. The ladies have been very kind and attentive. The first time I came here was to treat newly adopted dogs to be treated for parvo, although there’s no medication specific to it, he managed to address it and they overcame it!:D I also bring my two cats here. They were treated for multiple things over the time and it’s always been budget friendly. Very insightful and the prices are amazing for the care. Specially in comparison to others. Just picked up rx food for my cats

I took my dog in late last week for a check up and to pick up meds. My visit started out rough but Brianda took the time to address the situation and make it better. Vet visits are not typically a pleasant experience but this individual treated us like family and made it an easy visit for both my pet and I. Thank you, Woodlake !

They’ve been great to me and my pups. The vet is friendly and although he stays busy, I never feel rushed. They have improved the interior and the assistants work to keep the environment clean and efficient.

I brought my dog here for the first time when she was sick and i was put in a waiting room and wasnt seen for 30 minutes then the vet assistant walked in i explained the symptoms my dog was experiencing and later the vet guy came in and got blood tests done and everything but couldn't immediately diagnose her so they sent me home with a bunch of meds without telling me the price prior to checkout which i didn't mind but the following day i returned because my dog was getting worse and i talked to the vet guy again and he was completely ignoring the symptoms i was describing to him and

I regret not remembering her name. It was either Brenda or Brianna, but my experience overall was reassuring and satisfying! The vet was thorough and I left me feeling better about my furbabies health. They eased my anxiety and I am grateful for that. I'm glad to have been referred here. It means a lot when the professionals are patient, willing to teach me how to make sure my pup is being cared for. Thank you for all that you do!

Great prices. Unfortunately, upon arrival, the receptionist informed me that they don't wear mask. I decided to go with a different vet to avoid ending up in an exam room with someone unmasked. Dealing with a sick pet is hard enough without being sick myself.

Wonderful and kind! They are so gentle and attentive to our cats. The Vet really cares about the animals and not just about selling you products. Very professional staff and very obtainable prices. I've taken my kitten who is no longer a kitten and our middle aged cat here as well. This is our vet and will be for as long as we live here. I guess you get what you pay for? The price is great and you get what you need. However, when I first brought my dog here I let them know I never had dog in my life, and received no advice on anything or really. There isn't that level of care or attention. The vet tech guy that was there was great and friendly and he will educate you. But the actual vet is quiet man who doesn't say much. My dog got his shots and that was that.

5 stars because the staff is friendly and efficient. The Dr came in, examined my fur baby real good and thoroughly. I could tell my baby was being well treated, they did an awesome job trimming her nails as well. Will absolutely come back here again & recommend from my neighborhood.

Love this vet. All prices are available on their website, they allow you to fill prescriptions, food, etc. on Chewy or other online pharmacies. The only other place we've found in Houston with lower prices is Pet Care Express (and it's just a few dollars cheaper) and they don't take appointments. We gladly will pay an extra few dollars to not have to wait in line in the morning for an appointment.

Today I brought in both Dora and Meow. The staff was very kind and patient with my fur babies. I purchased the packages that included exams, heart worm test, dewormer, vaccines and microchip. Friendly and professional staff. Their prices can't be beat.

Read this before you go. I spent 3,000 USD because the vet did not diagnose my cat's problem on the first visit.

My cat was having urine problem last week. I notice my cat had symptoms of urinary stone on Thursday night. It was obvious, because he was holding the pee and shaking his butt rapidly.

Went to the hospital on Friday. The vet told me "everything is normal and fine. If you are still worrying, we can do a urine test. The result will come out over-night, and if there is crystal in his urine, you can come by TOMORROW to do the treatment."

If I could give 10 stars i would. This vet hospital is phenomenal. Literally left there with reassurance that my fur baby is getting the best treatment. To the reception to the the doctor they were all very very knowledgeable. I'll be coming here for life with my fur babies. You guys are truly a gem! I'd totally recommend hands down. Then to top it off the first visit is waived!

I got two puppies during this pandemic and this vet was able to see them and treat them efficiently without emptying my bank. The front desk was super nice. The tech and the vet were amazing with the puppies. The entire experience reminded me of why you should research your veterinarian. It is clear that wood lake cares about your pets. They aren't trying to up sell or scam you and i now am comfortable knowing my puppies are healthy and happy. Thank you!

I visited woodlake pet hospital. On 4/25/2020 I brought my limping shih Tzu in for what I thought was a broken leg. Upon arrival I was greeted by a kind gentleman at the front desk. My dog was examined by Dr. Bommala.
Things took a turn for the worst when the assistant Christina took my dogs weight. The scale sits on a counter top about 4ft high. My dog then slips and falls onto the hardwood floor landing on his face and injured leg.
She was negligent, and abandoned care for my dog at that point. She didn't help me pick him up or ask if he was ok. Instead she walked out the

I see there were some bad reviews, but I believe those were based on the previous management. Under new management with Dr. Bommala and his extremely kind and patient staff, I have finally find my vet I could call home. I've gone through so many vets because although some were nice, the budget was too out of range for me or for those that were really affordable, they did not have the best service. This clinic sits perfectly in the middle.

100% recommend. My dog was in pain last night, so I took her this morning as a walk-in. The vet saw me right away and was SO helpful (as well as his assistant). After my dog was treated and received 4 different medicines, I was shocked at how inexpensive the whole thing was! Especially compared to the clinic in PetsMart (Thrive?). I will definitely be returning.

Went for a visit for my baby Ali and the visit was quick, smooth and the doctor was very informative. They handled him well. The cost of services were super affordable THANK GOD! Definitely returning in the future.
