Dr. Korf's practice differs from most other pediatric practices with a non-sedation approach. He prefers to take a humanistic view and spends time talking to the children and parents. In addition mothers and fathers are allowed to observe their child during dental treatment. Excellence in pediatric dentistry begins with a careful co-diagnosis and treatment plan to establish the goals we will achieve together.
It is universally acknowledged that Primary or "baby" teeth are very different than permanent or "adult" teeth. Pediatric Dentists are specially trained and are required to complete a two year residency program in addition to the standard four years of dental school. Pediatric Dentists are, essentially, "Pediatricians of the Mouth."

Dr. Korf is by far the finest pediatric dentist in AZ. He is kind, patient, cares about his patients and their parents, makes time to put the kids at ease, answer their questions (even the ones they don’t think to ask), and then provides the same information to parents so we can follow up with our kids and make sure their dental health is maintained. He even takes the time at the end of his long day to call and make sure your child is doing well after their appointment. Best dentist ever.

My 9 year old was nervous about going to her appt. because the last dentist she seen wasn't a pleasant experience for her. When we got there she was quiet but everyone made her feel so comfortable and she eventually became more at ease. She's a dog lover so the pictures around the office and many dog books were an added bonus. Every single person we came into contact with made us feel right at home. I am so thankful we came into the office. Dr. Korf and his staff are amazing.

My son, who is 2 years old, broke both of his front baby teeth while playing around with my husband a few months ago. It was terrifying.
Dr. Korf and his office were incredible.
They repaired his front teeth (they look way better now than the ones he had :) Also, they were so helpful in working with us regarding our insurance and payment.
I just took my son yesterday in for his checkup, and everyone there is so kind. And funny :) They made the experience so easy. My son loves going to the dentist because of them.
Also, they have a lot of very fun kid friendly toys in the waiting room. Now my

Dr. Korf was amazing. My son is scared of the dentist office. Dr. Korf's team was fantastic with him. Everyone including Dr. Korf walked him through everything they were going to do. The staff is very knowledgeable. Dr. Korf has such great bed side manner. Now my son nervous are so at ease and can't wait to go back. My son has been taking extra special care with his teeth. He was only a one time a day brusher but not anymore. After he seen his smile he makes sure he is brushing and flossing morning, night and after he eats.

Such an amazing dentist! And staff! I brought my daughter here when she was 3 and a previous dentist recommended feelings plus a cap, and said she needed to be out under. I was uncomfortable with using anesthesia outside a hospital setting so I searched for a dentist who could fill cavities with just a local numbing and found Dr. Korf! He was just so great with my daughter! He recommended only fillings and no cap and it took no more then 10minutes to fill a couple cavities! I cant recommend him enough.

It is rare to have outstanding care and service anymore. Yet both are found here. Dr. Korf doesn't have fancy bells and whistles everywhere but what you find is a dentist where kids love coming. All their fears are put to ease, even when it comes to having a cavity filled. Dr. Korf is filled with years of experience and I am so grateful we found him. My kids love going to the dentist.

Great experience! This is the third pediatric dentist I've been to. Our first dentist, though highly rated, was not as warm and welcoming as I would like to see for children, the second dentist was friendly but recommended my daughter get cavities filled plus a cap and to be put under IV sedation - that's when I sought out a second opinion and found Dr. Korf. I feel incredibly lucky that we were able to find someone who did not do sedation! So many dentists choose to sedate that you feel as a parent you have no option, and my concern for my daughter's health and safety would go to

We love Dr Korf!!! Dr Korf was my dentist growing up and now he's taking wonderful care of my son's teeth too. Dr Korf and his staff are so warm and make going to the dentist a breeze for their young patients. Today our son had to have two teeth pulled and we couldn't have asked for a better experience.
