One star because the tech who came out was good.
ZERO stars for the company and whoever answers the phone.
I was quoted a flat rate which included 2 hours labor for a roadside assistance call. The tech was there for less than a full hour and then he told me the charge, it was a $100 more than the quote. When I called back to the shop the person told me he never quoted me that price, basically called me a liar and threatened that the longer I stayed in the phone arguing about it the more it was going to cost me. Unreal... I will NEVER do business with this outfit again, nor will I refer anyone

Truck was towed incorrectly. The differential dumped all the fluid at their lot. Picked up the same day and I was told it was not their fault. So the differential dumps all fluid same day it's picked up and dumps it at their lot and it's not their fault? You tell me. They offered to keep my truck and pay me nothing. Good way to get free cars I guess.
