I had the chance to try out their 45 minute spin class recently, which I really enjoyed. The studio has a much more relaxed atmosphere than the super chain studios in the vein of soulcycle. Epic Ryde's cycle studio had lots of natural light, unlike other studio which can be dark and windowless, and the door to the outside remained open the whole time. I really liked this because it allowed me to people watch. Although I can definitely see how some people might prefer the darker studios because they allow you to forget about the outside world. The pedals have cages so that people can use

My husband and I moved to Denver within the last 6 months and were eager to get settled into a fitness routine here. Cue Epic Ryde. We began with the New Ryder special at the RiNo location and haven't stopped since.
I've been a member of several traditional gyms and done plenty of at-home workouts, but haven't enjoyed working out like this in a long time. The instructors are awesome - Caleb, Christine & Peggy are some of my favorites - and the whole environment is very non-judgmental and encouraging. Don't get me wrong, the workouts are TOUGH, but equally fun!

Visiting Denver for a couple days from Philly and needed to work out! I lift on my own and am unfamiliar with group fitness but epic ryde was right next to my air bnb so I decided to try it. Caleb was my instructor for a circuit style TRX training class (I forget what it was called) and he was awesome. Took me a minute to catch on to the flow of class but it was awesome and I'll definitely visit again whenever we're in town. Good for beginners and athletes because you can go at your own pace no judgement.

I thought it would be helpful to update my review, three months after I first attended Epic Ryde. I am still attending indoor cycling classes here regularly and am so glad this studio exists.
I recently took advantage of a summer special that they offered for clients who had never been members before and have enjoyed trying different formats, instructors, and class times. I have taken classes with Darika, Caleb, and Peggy. They are all amazing. Each brings their own unique teaching style and I have had a great workout every time!
I am particularly fond of Peggy's karaoke classes. The idea

This is my favorite gym in Denver! I've been a member for several years. The workouts are awesome because the instructors are experienced and take pride in their teaching - each in a unique way, the equipment is top notch, the energy of the space is uplifting, and there's a real community of friends to join and enjoy. I recommend Epic Ryde across all measures!! 💪🚲

Here you can do indoor cycling and TRX. The TRX is a unique option that you can't find in many places which makes this place a good find. I've taken several of each as well as the combined classes. I like them all.
Nice facility, good and welcoming instructors, clean and roomy bathroom and showers, very responsive to emails and messages.
I keep coming back for more.

My review is long over due! I have been coming to Epic Ryde for three years now, and I am in the best shape of my life. I couldn't have gotten where I'm at now without the help of an amazingly fun studio with Ryde and TRX classes and the amazing people. All the instructors are wonderful, but my favorites that I have been with from the start Caleb,… Christine, Deanne, and the owner Lori. They focus on a great workout, but also on proper form which I have come to find is huge with making my body change the way I want it to. I am so strong because of my time withEpic Ryde!!! Love this place

I bought the $30/20 day pass for new members and have taken 10 classes in the last two weeks. I love it! The workouts are great and the class schedule is perfect for me (I'm an early bird so I appreciate the early AM classes). Here are some helpful tips & things to consider:
* The classes will make you sweat, but they are accessible to every level of fitness. You don't need to be in shape to take a class here, I promise--I'm a self-proclaimed fat girl who spins in sneakers (no clip shoes) and I feel like I fit in just fine.
* The locker rooms are fully stocked (well, the ladies

Wow!! What an awesome spot to spin. I had been to Epic Ryde about a year ago when they had the Real Ryder bikes. Little did I know they've switched to Coach by Color bikes, which are RAD. These bikes are seriously so cool--they measure your rate and resistance and show you a color based on "work zone." The colors range from blue (easiest) to red (the most difficult) and the instructor teaches the class based on color. I often find myself frustrated in spin classes because the instructions are vague (how much is a "half turn" anyway?). These color bikes make instructions

Epic Ryde is amazing. If you haven't checked it out yet- do it! As a mountain biker, I used to think of spin class as a necessary (and boring) evil that would maintain my fitness throughout the winter. But the instructors and bikes here make for a fun challenge.
I also joined this gym to give TRX a shot and I've been really happy with the results. I know I have better balance and a stronger core because of Epic Ryde. Lori and all the other instructors are phenomenal (as well as super friendly) and provide alternative moves so whether you consider yourself a newbie to spin/trx or seek

This was my favorite spin class I've taken so far. It's the only place I've been to where the bikes are in a stadium setting. So you're stacked above the people in front of you and can see the instructor better. I thought that was really cool. The monitors on the bikes also light up depending on what "burn zone" you're in. So when the instructor would say, "I want to see everyone in the red" it was a visual goal to achieve.
The studio is one of those that you have to check in on your own on an iPad. So there's no one around to explain what to do

I was visiting Denver for 6 days, and couldn't do without spinning while out of town. I had found this place online & noticed the unlimited classes deal for $30. Based on reviews, it looks like it had previously been cheaper, but it was definitely worth the money! We only were able to attend 2 classes while there, but they were great. Definitely worth the $15/ each it figured out to be with the deal. The teachers were great and it was my first time using the matrix bikes. It was a really fun way to spin. The facility is low key and no frills, which I liked. The bathroom was even stocked

After trying several cycle/spin gyms in the area, I was thrilled to come across Epic! Fantastic instructors, top of the line equipment, the space is in RINO where you can grab a coffee or a beer at a brewery after, and the owner is welcoming, knowledgeable, and encouraging. After visiting so may sub par places, this place was gem to stumble upon! The minute you walk in, you feel encouraged by not only staff, but by students. You leave feeling powerful and looking forward to the next visit. I never thought working out could be so much fun! They also have TRX and weight training, showers, fun event

I never thought I would love spin classes. This wasn't where I was introduced to it, but the instructors here are outstanding. Some teachers are harder than others and I like that, it keeps me going and not feeling like I'm going to faint everyday. Yes, bring a towel and wear a headband if you're a 'sweat-er.' The bikes are tough and keep you burning calories.
They offer challenges through the year for attendance and losing body fat. There are also TRX classes throughout the week. They are open seven days a week and have late class times offered as well. Give this

Of the spin studios I've been to in Denver, Epic Ryde is by far the best. Hands down. Easily. And I'm SO happy for that!
I attended my first class in September and have been hooked ever since. I discovered Epic Ryde through Class Pass and quickly realized that the other spin classes I was going to each month (with Class Pass you can only visit each gym 3x/mo) just didn't even come close to being as good of an experience as I had at Epic Ryde. By the end of October I had gotten rid of Class Pass and signed up for a monthly membership at Epic Ryde.

Lori is the best instructor. Super welcoming to newbies, great music (fast paced classic mixed with pop) and lots of great adjustments on the bike for beginners. The TRX portion was amazing, too, very challenging with some specific stretches that felt amazing. I believe the class was called Epic Mix - 1/2 Cycle 1/2 TRX - very intense but doable even for beginners. Definitely will be back.
