PUSH Gym is open with 28 small group HIIT classes per week and personal training. Please check our schedule for class times and prices. You may contact Marty at marty@pushgym.com if you are interested in personal training or signing up for the small group HIIT classes. We are asking that unvaccinated people wear a mask.

Thanks for understanding. Are you bored with your present program at your big box gym or corporate run "boutique gym", come to PUSH for variety in your fitness routine. At PUSH you have several options: One on one with a personal trainer, or in one of our small group fitness classes, the personal trainers at PUSH GYM Denver design fitness programs for you and your fitness goals.
Services
You can try your first month at $129 (new clients only), if you sign up for a trial month, you can meet with a trainer for a free 30 minute consult. At PUSH, our small group fitness classes are just that, small. We usually cap out at 12, unlike some of the other area fitness studios that pack people in to maximize profit at the expense of your workout.
At PUSH GYM we promote an all-around healthy lifestyle. Though we primarily put a focus on fitness training, we want to emphasize that our eating habits are the next most important part of well-being. There are other components, such as sleep patterns, mental health and others, but here at PUSH we like to highlight exercise and nutrition.
To recover from your injury, head to the gym. Injuries can slow you down, but they don't have to be debilitating. Marty and Katie do more then just specialize in rehabilitation of orthopedic injuries, they understand how to train your body so that you return to an injury free, active lifestyle. Your treatment is in the gym.
To Marty, it's all about the science of strength. Marty's expertise with the human body and patient style sets him apart in the industry. Marty has an MS in physical therapy and is a long-time member of the Colorado American Physical Therapy Association, and has been practicing physical therapy since 1994.
I have been working with Marty for almost a year. I have lower back problems so Marty has acted as both a physical therapist and personal trainer. Awesome gym with committed, passionate, and knowledgeable staff. Both trainers and members alike contribute to a really welcoming and supportive sense of community.

Push is the very best! I auditioned about a dozen gyms in Denver upon moving here, and found my home at Push. The trainers are incredibly kind, genuine and motivating. I have had the best results of my life working out at Push for just a few months. Most importantly, I've been welcomed in to a community of awesome people that work out at Push and have made awesome friends. Cannot recommend enough! Come work out with us!

Best place to workout in Denver. The trainers are phenomenal and strike the perfect balance of, "kick your butt into a sweaty puddle on the ground", "let's have a great time together... this is supposed to be fun!", and, "your injured and we can of course work around it, just show up".

Marty, the owner is a physical therapist as well and really takes the time to understand your fitness level, body, and somehow manages to make every group class feel like it was written just for you.

I moved out of the area and now every place I try is compared to Push, and

I have been looking for a gym that felt like a close knit family and I found that at push gym! The owner Marty is thoughtful and really makes and effort to help you however that may be. All the trainers are awesome! They all bring something different to the workouts, so it's never the same. They are very personable and bring lots of energy to the workouts. I am very happy to be a part of Push gym.

I've been going to Push for over a year now and I have nothing but amazing things to say about this place. The trainers are not only extremely friendly, welcoming, and motivating, but their workouts are so creative and challenging. Every time I come in I'm given a new workout- they always keep it fresh.

Throughout the pandemic they have done an excellent job at keeping the gym to capacity and increasing safety standards by distancing, requiring masks, and thoroughly cleaning each piece of equipment the SECOND after it's been touched.

I have been a member at Push Gym for a little over 3 months and I am so impressed! Every trainer is incredible. The HIIT classes are intensely focused and efficient. Because class sizes are kept intentionally small the instructors can really concentrate on each participant. Form is emphasized to avoid injury and modifications are tailored to each person depending on injury, rehab or goals. In 3 months, I've never had the same class twice! Very welcoming gym. All ages and fitness levels welcome and each person is challenged to reach for their best. No weird comparisons or competitions

Push is a great option in central Denver for anyone looking for a personalized fitness/personal training experience! There's a variety of classes & trainers available at all times of the day who are flexible and professional in their approach.

I was recommend Chris at Push as a personal trainer several months ago and have been happy with literally every session since our first consultation! Push Gym in Denver is great! I love the fact that it is independent and locally owned. The HIIT classes are awesome. Every class is different, and you get a challenging workout every time! I am getting back into shape (a humbling experience being that I was in the best shape of my life just 6 years ago) and I feel comfortable with the trainers and the other members. Push has a down to earth and welcoming environment with a diverse group of people at various levels that encourage each other.

I have been a personal training client of Ryan Lien's at Push Gym for almost 3 years. Not only is he amazing, Push Gym has a great selection of classes and trainers depending on your goals and style. The place is spotlessly clean, parking is ample, and the karma is great. Can't imagine a better place in Denver.

Fantastic place! i have been going for few months and i absolutely love it! Every work out is different and i never get bored. Instructors are wonderful! Marty, the owner is super nice! I used to crossfit and i like Push waaaay better. I never feel like i am competing with others, i feel like a team member every time and to me that is very important.

I joined Push earlier this summer and was not quite sure if the group workout format would be for me. But every single workout I've been too has been challenging, fun, and inventive. In addition, the owner Marty and his staff are very knowledgeable and have created a really welcoming, inclusive environment. Highly recommend this place.

This gym is my happy place. Great trainers for the morning classes with varying styles to keep things fresh. I always feel safe and know exactly what muscles I should be engaging. The people that come here are wonderful as well.

Push Gym Rocks!! I have been going to Push consistently for 2 years and can truly say that it has been a huge catalyst for positive changes in my life. The Kickboxing and HIIT Classes are incredibly challenging; every class is different; and I always leave super sweaty with a big smile on my face. I've been working with Marty at Push Gym since late October. That's when I received approval after my ACL replacement surgery to start my physical therapy.

I did research for a physical therapist via my healthcare site to figure out who was in-network. After some poor starts (i.e. going to Golden and Parker are way too far), I found Marty at Push Gym. I also discovered that a good friend used to work alongside him.

Anyway, it's been an excellent experience so far with my physical therapy and getting me to the point where I can safely and confidently work out on my own. Marty has
