I am a physician from Lakeland who happened to be in San Fran for vacation and looked up Irene. I had been dealing with chronic feet pain for 10 years. I had seen many known experts in the musculoskeletal/kinetics field and got many different opinions. Yet I could not stand on my feet for more than a few minutes without pain. Irene diagnosed my issue with in the first few minutes and gave me a very simple exercise regimen that a week later has brought about a 80-90 % improvement. James is incredible. Every time I leave, I feel like a new person. He listens to your concerns and checks in often to make sure you're getting what you want out of the session. Irene is so incredible, kind, and courteous. You can tell that she truly loves making sure you feel great, and your comfort is always her top priority. I highly recommend this place!

I started experiencing lower back pain and sciatica down my right leg while working from home during shelter in place. I've been going to Diamond Wellness for several years. I love the hot packs that help get at the aches and pains I have. Sometimes I go after a sports injury, or simply too much going on in life. I highly recommend James, he has always been my go to! Irene is the founder, and is big on community, as she gives back each month to different groups that may need a break - financially and rest wise - by having a free session. Love it.

Irene is amazing! She helped me to finally fix my shoulder, elbow and wrist pain. I started having tendinitis in 2015 and was living with pin and discomfort for awhile, tried different massage therapists, they helped a little but I had no significant improvement until I started to do research on my own and trying to fix it myself. After about 5 months of everyday self massage and exercises I had a lot of improvement, but I needed to get rig of pain completely. Then I found Irene and she gave me right exercises after which I had very fast recovery and now I am so happy that pain is almost gone and

Asanda did a terrific job. I was running about 15 minutes late and I had expected it to cut into the hour session I had booked and was pleasantly surprised that they gave me an hour session anyway. I heard of them through the give-back program they had (I volunteer at the animal shelter) and have 0 regrets about booking a session. I also rock climb, so ... my back is also always in need of some good massaging. Great customer service, really professional, and really good experience.

This was my first visit to Diamond Wellness. I'm an improv teacher at a non-profit in San Francisco, and Diamond Wellness participates in a fantastic give-back program that gives free or discounted massages to people working in those organizations.
Besides being impressed with their community work, the massage itself was extraordinary! I've only had a few massages in my life, and all of them were an hour or more. I only had half an hour with James, and it felt like a whole hour! I only have a couple of problem areas that aren't serious, but he focused in on them and treated them

So helpful!!!! I work around the corner and have always wanted to check this place out, today I finally did. I was very impressed with how nice this place is, a little deceiving from the street. I had a great half hour massage with James that really released some lower back stress I have been experiencing. They were so nice and accommodating considering I just walked in without an appointment. I would recommend visiting:)

I've suffered from pain in my shoulder/back area for four years and have tried various massages in the past without relief. I found Diamond Pain Relief on yelp and finally decided to give them a try and it was the best decision ever! After just one session with James I had COMPLETE relief of my symptoms. I regularly received massages from Diamond after I was in a (fortunately) minor car collision. Unfortunately, I suffered neck pain through the course of the following year. I found the massages here to be effective and the practitioners to be experienced and intuitive in providing massages that were not only relaxing but greatly assisted in reducing my pain. I feel very relaxed at Diamond and always have a good experience.

I had the pleasure of coming here to celebrate some relaxation on my birthday. When I first made the phone call, Irene, was beyond nice and gave me all of the details to make sure my experience was pleasant.
The building is an old house on Lombard. I was greeted and directed to the waiting room with water/tea offering. I filled out the form before my therapist, Aurora came to greet me.
She was sweet and professional. We talked about what places I'd like to focus on the most and I wasn't surprised at all during our session. She said and explained everything to me, which I like.

I am more than satisfied with the work Irene did for my lower back. We did an extended session of focused neuromuscular stimulation the day after I strained it fairly severely.
I felt much better the next day - more flexibility and range of motion, pain dropped from a 10/10 to a 2/10. I was up and running after two days. Irene showed me some very effective exercises that I continued to do at home after our focus session. She answered every question I had and took the time to explain the neurology and physiology of the movements we did during the session.

This place has terrible customer service -- so bad that I was not able to get a massage, and can only review the service.
My friend scheduled massages for us for a fun stress-reducer. I was on the bus headed over, 20 minutes before my appointment, when I received a call from Diamond Wellness, cancelling the massage. The therapist had thrown her back out (understandable).
But not only did they not offer us a complimentary massage, they refused to offer even a discount. The receptionist actually said "I'm willing to schedule another massage at the same rate." And the worst
