My car broke down late on a Sunday and I live out of town. The tow guy had suggested that I take my car to Rigos. I had my car towed there and I got a ride back home. I called Monday morning introduced myself and asked if he could work on it. He said he could. I have extra insurance and I was trying to explain to Rigos that I needed a diagnosis from him so I could talk to my insurance company so they could cover the costs. He said he had to order some bolts and then would be able to give me more information. He said it would take 4 days for the bolts to come in... ( really I found out that it takes

My husband and I were on our way down to Southern California from San Francisco and our AC went out, around 4:00pm and it happened to be 92 degrees outside no bueno. We found Rigo's on yelp, called, spoke to Jesus and he said to head on over even though they closed at 5 they took a look, figured out the issue and FIXED it on the spot, super honest, reasonable spot if you find you're in need of some kind of auto repair check them out

I was towed in and I thoght I had a bad rear wheel bearing. But, Tom the mechanic, Checked it out and found it was my lugnuts.
They are very honest and reasonable.
I wished I had a great honest repair shop in my area.

Real life saver!! Isn't usually open Saturdays but we lucked out and the owner went out of his way to help us after we broke down on the 101. Very funny and nice man, incredibly knowledgable. Got us up and running again for our road trip.

My car blew out its alternator on the freeway driving home last weekend, I was towed to Rigos randomly and then stayed in a motel until they were open.
I showed up at 8 AM and explained my situation, that I was stuck far from home and was hoping they could have me on my way quickly as I'd been stranded since Saturday. They were very empathetic and told me they'd make my car a priority.
They did. Less than three hours later I was on my way, new alternator installed for a reasonable price. Though I wasn't there long, they did a great job quickly and reasonably, don't know what more you could want

On our way up north and our van started making a strange noise and the brakes were acting strange. Pulled off the freeway and found this place on Google. 9:15 on their busy Friday morning and they stopped what they were doing and helped us out immediately! Ordered a part and had us up and back on the road by 10:30. What awesome service!

They did a good job changing out the engine on my Audi A6. Only problem was when they installed my air conditioning pump, the inlet and outlet pipe flange bolts were loose. They were never tightened up when installed, thus, leaking out all my freon, compressor oil, and destroying my pump. Prior to me finding the loose flange bolts, I returned the car to them because my AC was blowing hot and the pump was making a growling sound. I was told by the owner that they would run a dye with the freon to locate the leak. I noticed during the rework on the compressor pump replacement, that there was not

I have been taking my vehicles to Jesus for about 15 years now. I trust him like no one else with my vehicles. He always goes the extra mile to see that the job gets done right and at a fair price. I highly recommend Jesus at Rigos.

As I was driving from Santa Barbara to the bay area with my entire life packed into my Chrysler 300, my car freaked and I had to pull over in a rest stop right past Camp Roberts. Long story short, the shop was closed when my car got towed there but the lot owner let me keep my car there over night (I was a little tentative at first because the place had a sketchy vibe at night). The next morning I couldn't believe my change in heart. Jesus was a huge help ordering the necessary parts quickly while pulling some strings to get the parts to the shop
