These apartments are the absolute worst. Please do yourself a favor and live elsewhere. First, there is no surveillance. I only lived here for a year and there’s been multiple incidents of cars broken into, windows broken, garages broken into, and my personal car was even broken into. The pool looks disgusting in the winter times, full of rotted leaves and mold. They don’t clean it. The walls are so thin you can hear every conversation of the neighbor above you and can even hear then using the restroom. We have been visiting our friends in Sterling Ranch Apartments complex located in El Dorado Hills. Pretty nice place, safety with enough space for parking. The prices are not for low-income families. And starts from 1100$ for one bedroom. There is fitness hall, tennis court, basketball playground and etc.

June 2018. The amenities are not in working condition and according to neighbors haven't worked in years. For example, the car washing station, the computers and printers in the business center and the BBQ at the pool. Everybody that lives here pays for these amenities but we don't have them. maitenence here is one man that lives on site. He doesn't fix much. It's an ongoing game him and management play. I tell management I need something fixed, they send maintenance, maitenence doesn't do anything, management claims they fixed the problem according to maintenance. I wouldn't recommend renting
