Lived there for a year and I loved the place. It's little bit too expensive, but the location is awesome. The maintenance is super quick, efficient, very nice and helpful. The administration
The only annoying cons of this place is the parking. There's no assigned parking spaces and to have to "fight" for one, but there's always a free parking spot within a 1 walk.
Units are very well maintained and equipped. The overall quality of the unit is very good.
It's very close to any store you might need.
And the trail it's stands on is perfect!
The road facing units probably very loud though.

Noisy and pollen all over the place, and extremely pricy
Edit : My previous review was removed. So posting again.
The apartments which are facing the blue ravine road, has intolerable noise levels through out day and night, the management is shady, will say yes to your request but will never take care of it, and during the spring season you will be chocked to death if you have pollen allergy.

So disappointed!!!
My grandmother, age 93, loved here for ten years.
Last year she broke her leg in her apartment. She was in the hospital for many days and had to go straight to an elderly care facility.
The apartment complex was given a 30 day notice. But they still charged her for an additional month's rent.
ZERO customer service!!!! Horrible people skills. Very sad.

Please ignore any negative comments until you meet the team at Blue Ravine. Michael, Ron, and Josh are all amazing and are very understanding. They are also very hardworking and it helps to know the lease rules prior to writing a review and or complaining. Any issues (just one with the fire-alarm) they were quick to clear it up and make sure we were taken care of. Also we had a noise issue with our neighbors and they took care of it right away. Had an amazing experience at Blue Ravine and loved the access to trails. If you love walks and being close to nature this is it. The apartments are well

My now 92 year old Mom lived at the Preserve for 10 years, on her own. Perfect tenant, professionally cleaned her own carpet, washed her windows inside and outside. Kept everything pristine everywhere. Not a late pay once. I would call this a tenant from heaven, being in the property management business myself. In February she fell and broke her femur; was rushed to surgery, rehab and was she could not live alone anymore. We announced this to the manager, got the required medical letter and dutifully moved Mom to assisted living within the 30 days that we gave our notice. What corporate decided

Beautiful apartments! I recently toured for moving in and loved it here! I also know people who live here and love it! Ron and Michael in the office are both very helpful and hardworking and help make the relocating process smooth and easy. The grounds have a lot of greenery and beautiful landscape and the apartments are spacious with high ceilings. Definitely a good place to call home!

We've lived here for 3 years and counting, we lived in a one bedroom for 3 years and we liked living here so much, we recently just transferred to a two bedroom. The front office staff has been the same the whole time we've lived here and they always remember us and have been accommodating. Any time we have an issue it's fixed that day. They do what they can to help keep us happy. We've never had an issue with crime and we've had good neighbors. Amazing apartment complex! I've lived here for over 3 years and can't complain! This is by far the most luxurious apartment I've ever lived in. My favorite feature is definitely the beautiful preserve/trail right in my own backyard! The complex also has a gorgeous clubhouse with well kept gym, spa and now they recently installed a fire pit. I'm in love! The staff have always been friendly and accomodating and always greet me with a smile when I come in for assistance. Oh, also so grateful for the package concierge room so now the many packages I order are secure even if I'm not home! :)

I just moved to this complex a few months back. Since day one, the staff in the leasing office have been amazing. They are truly helpful. They go above and beyond for their tenants and people who are wanting to live there. I've had quite a few request which are on my own accord and they've never hesitated to make things right. They are super friendly and always happy. The grounds are always clean and kept up. The garbage areas are always picked up. This morning, we were greeted with Starbucks drinks and breakfast boxes as we were driving out of the complex. This was a nice surprise as

Affordable housing option for most Intel employees! The management is cool, but tenants prefer the area to be quiet after 10pm and hence, there have always been noise complaints if there are any birthday parties in the locale after 12am. Another plus is that they have open parking - you can park your vehicle in any free space

Maintenance requests were always handled promptly, the guys in the front office were always helpful, and the nature trail out back was amazing and beautiful. Office hours were convenient as well.
Future renters: Just be aware that it's an apartment situation, and if you're not on the top floor especially, you'll hear neighbor noise and pounding depending on the person and their degree of consideration or lack thereof. I was unlucky in this regard, and If you decide to break your lease like I did, just know that this gets expensive with both fees and months owed. Make sure you read and understand

I am not a resident but I had to stop by and compliment Michael, the resident manager. My husband and I checked this place out last weekend and had a great tour. I received a message the next Monday checking in and a hand note today in the mail. I have looked at multiple places around the area and no one else has called or write letters. He was helpful, knowledgeable and not pushy. Thanks for the great tour and what a beautiful property!

Beware, they are sharks just waiting for an opportunity to steal your money. When I moved in this year, the welcome packet had a page touting their rent ACH auto-pay system which is free and automatically debits the rent from your bank account each month. Like a good tenant, I set it up and it worked fine for 6 months. Then suddenly, I get slapped a rent late 3-day notice to pay or vacate, along with a $100 late fee. I check my account and sure enough, the rent hadn't been debited. I log in to the apartment website and it wouldn't let me, despite recognizing my username and password.

I just moved after a year at this complex for a job relocation & want to share that I had an overall very good experience here. The Management team is very professional, helpful & responsive to all requests---even at times when they may be a little short handed, they still maintain quality work & attitude. The team does a good job of keeping the place well maintained with landscape, clean walkways & general overall appearance. The Maintenance team is also very responsive, knowledgeable & friendly as well. The trail & preserve that is surrounding the property is peaceful

I really liked this apartment due the location near the "Preserve" (wooded area with several ponds connected by a stream) and the walking trails. However, shortly after we moved here the closed off several of the stairwells for dry rot... That was 6 months ago and it still hasn't been dealt with. We have had a significant amount of rain this winter and now I'm sure there is new damage due to the fact that they revealed and left open the studs under the stairway pass through. It al looks terribly ugly. Also the staircases are not the only problem with "rot" this building

Pro: Clean, I see a worker comb the apartment every morning picking up litter. Office keeps packages if you are not home and is open 7 days a week. Parking is generally good, can get a covered spot almost every time. Trail access and nice lagoons/creek right behind the apartment. Double paned windows and walls are decently thick. Maintenance requests were either done same day or next day. Central A/C and heater works well.
Con: Gym machines are old.
