Don’t move here if you want your apartment to actually cool. My air conditioner has been running nonstop since the weekend and it’s only June 1st, it’s set to 70 and has been on all weekend and it’s currently 77. When I complained about this same issue when we moved in this past August they had it inspected and we got told it’s running the best it can for it’s age and size and they refuse to upgrade it to something that can handle a 100 degree day. Their only solution was to offer me a window unit so I can run two air conditioner nonstop and have my energy bill be $300+/month during

I’m getting slightly annoyed. I mentioned that we had squirrels living in our ceiling and walls in late September/October. They said they were going to have to have a contractor fix where the creatures were entering. Still have squirrels living in my ceiling. They’re running out of time to fix this before one squirrel in the ceiling becomes multiples.....
Update: After posting a google review they were more apt to help us. I’ll update the star rating from 2 - but it shouldn’t take online reviews to provoke staff to fix issues.

I will give them 5 stars for now. Time will tell if they hold there standards as i will be moving in mid September.
I was helped by Shaughn. Complete professional all the way and answered all of my questions to the best of her ability. She went out of her way to get me pictures of the 2 units I was interested in and in less than 2 hours, I was online filling out paperwork. Just the level of professionalism sold me. Along with the apartment complex. I know the neighborhood. It is very nice. Since I have lived in it for a couple of years prier.

I miss living here!
In three years time, I only ever had issues with one set of noisy neighbors who lived DOWNSTAIRS from me. Management intervened and we tolerated each other.
Repairs and maintenance were handled immediately and done right the first time. Trustworthy staff and very friendly.
I loved the option of having a garage the entire time I lived there.
Rent is a bit on the high side, but it was definitely worth it!

Do not rent from them, especially if you have a pet. If you think that your pet deposit and extra monthly fee will cover your pet, think again. They will go over your apartment with black light after you leave and even though there is no visible pet stains they will say that the black light shows that there is. Unfair business practice, I do not recommend this place.

A great place to call home! The office staff is always friendly and any service request is handled promptly. The grounds are nicely maintained year round and there is always ample parking. My two-bedroom apartment is spacious with an ideal layout and quiet surroundings. Just renewed my lease for another year!!
