If I could share one word about this place it would be RUN. Apartments look great, but that’s about all I can say about this place. We lived here for a year and it was awful. When we first moved in they tried to move our move in date constantly. We found out they had moved our date only because WE called THEM and they told us it moved, not the other way around. Had we not called, we would’ve had a move in truck there only to be turned away. They never contacted us in any fashion but it went from November to December and then maybe January. Yet we had confirmation from management for a date

Beautiful new property. Built last year.
They have hard wood floors, granite counter tops & stainless steel appliances. It's very nice. All of the apartments have an open Floorplan. I love that my bedroom has a ceiling fan & one of my bathrooms has a double sink.
They have washer & dryer hook ups if you want one you can rent them.
The location is perfect, not far from all the best Folsom has to offer. I would definitely recommend.
