I scheduled an appointment for my teenage son who has been struggling with depression for a couple years. He finally had agreed to speak with a therapist. I contacted this office, completed all the paperwork, and had an appointment for two weeks later. We were told we'd be given a link for the appointment. The day before the appt. I was sent a phone number. We called at the appointed time (twice) and there was no answer. They sent a link 15 minutes after the appointment was actually supposed to begin, and then we waited another 25 minutes, as it said the Dr. was offline, waiting for call to begin
