Located in Tonawanda, NY, the shop is owned and operated by Tonawanda native Duane Sawyer, serving his hometown for more than 10 years. He has an automotive technology degree from Alfred State and is an ASE-certified master technician. Between Sawyer and his team, the shop can draw on a combined 20+ years of auto repair experience.
Car diagnostic software has grown substantially in the last five to eight years. As computers become more integrated into car engines, engine problems are diagnosed with computers and software. Went here years ago as I was told he was very fair and reasonable. Tried a few times for inspection. Every single time he tried to get me for 400$ at least. Car had issues so I gave him benefit of the doubt and when I got my new car took it to him for inspection and he said I had failed for brakes. I had the brakes and rotors done on it before driving it off the lot less than a year ago. He then told me he tried to call me multiple times which was a lie and when I took it elsewhere the brakes weren't an Issue. Go figure

Was able to get my car in quickly but work doesn't hold up. Had a repeat issue with my car overheating as I was driving by and tried to stop, had my baby in the car and he wouldn't let me stop in his lot to call my husband. He has fixed our cars but also made mistakes (not putting oil cap on, not fixing things he said he did like repairing tire leak).
