Flawless Boxing & Fitness
Group instruction with a unique blend of boxing & high intense interval training, taught by trainers who've been in the ring. This training is for amateur, pro and aspiring boxers looking to take their skills to a world class level. Train alongside our current competitors through a rigorous regimen.

Training includes sparring, heavy bag drills, partner defensive drills and advanced strength & conditioning. A split second can be the difference between victory or defeat. In the gym we use a number system. Every punch corresponds with a number 1-10 to help you throw rapid combinations on command.
Services
The Flawless Boxing experience. 10 rounds of championship boxing. We begin with a group jump rope warm up to enhance coordination, agility, endurance and footwork. Then you'll spend approximately 40 minutes (3 minutes/station with a 30 second break after each transition) pounding variety of punching bags to strengthen and condition your muscles to become the fighter you'll imagined yourself to be (with lots of dedication and commitment!).
Flawless Boxing & Fitness began in 2014. In 2010, we were Flawless4Youth, a non-profit founded with the sole intention of working with disadvantaged youth. Set on teaching life skills through fitness and nutrition. Flawless4Youth was to be my transition from professional boxing to civilian life. I grew up fighting in real boxing gyms.

My daughter and I went Friday night. This place is a legitimate boxing gym with experience/serious boxers. In spite of that it was still comfortable. Everyone was focused on their own thing.
The location is unassuming, easy to get to, easy parking, and pretty awesome when they roll up the overhead doors and you can see the city lights.
Coach Will was amazing: giving my daughter and I just the right amount of attention, instruction and encouragement. The workout was challenging but doable. It was broken up into aerobic warm-up, boxing/drills and finished off with core. The whole thing went really

Insanely expensive for a gym that is closed on Sundays. For the $180 unlimited membership you get group fitness classes... the exact same class all day long. No open gym. Actual boxing lesions cost extra. Mitt work costs extra. The $80 enrollment fee includes the lowest quality gloves I've ever put my hands on, a crappy jumprope, & a pair of hand wraps. The quality of these products should be embarrassing but they sure do take your money like they just gave you something & treat you like you're lucky to be there. It was clear that I'm not their target market or demographic

I'm so thankful for this place one of the best decisions I've made. The owners Brandon and Janelle really know how to run a business and truly care about helping people feel their best. Everyone is so helpful from the coaches to other members. After my first class I signed up for a year contract because I loved it so much 6 months later I love this place more and more. All you have to do is show up. I had never attended boxing classes before going to Flawless so you don't need to be experienced or in shape they will teach you what you need to know and continue teaching you along

Brandon is an excellent business owners and trainer. When I originally asked about services he was respectful when talking about programs with other gyms. My son has been participating in the kids program for a few months and really likes it. Brandon also makes himself available to answer any questions I (or my family) has honestly and without delay.

I first went to Flawless in Fall 2017. It wasn''t until May 2020 that I started training regularly. I trained with Brandon from September 2020 until March 2021. I still have 6 1-hour long personal training sessions left and 4 20-minute mitt sessions left for which I already paid. My experience at the gym has been so poor that I am choosing to not redeem these. It's not worth the money.

1 ) Disregard for Customer Time -
I signed up for personal training with owner Brandon Gonzalez. I purchased 10 hour long sessions for $800. When I signed up, we agreed on a day and time schedule

Update: they did refund my credit card and there haven't been additional charges. Not an easy process, but I appreciate that they did eventually resolve the issue.
Original 1-star review: They continue to bill months after cancellation-- so far over $700. They said they would refund, but they continue to bill. Don't give them your credit card!

Here we are almost a year into the pandemic. I'm so THANKFUL that I can depend on Flawless Boxing & Fitness (FBF) to stay on track with my fitness goals and my mental stability. Their virtual classes are perfect for people like me who are either at "high risk" or live with someone that is.

You don't need to be IN the gym to get a killer workout. The virtual classes offered feels like you're there. The coaches are on you and will NOT let you hide behind the camera. They push you, encourage you, teach you, and make sure you're doing the moves correctly to keep

The women's self defense seminar was instrumental for situational awareness, technique, and overall extremely empowering. Coach Angie and Coach Natalie were focused on ensuring that each of us would have the necessary mindset and tools needed in the event of us facing a potential conflict. The class was also extremely fun and I cannot wait for the next one and to also bring some of my friends! As a prior Air Force veteran I have a background in operational security and being able to protect myself and others at a moments notice. This seminar definitely added value to some core principles

So the reason it's not a 1 star review is because it is a good program for the kids, unfortunately it is very unprofessional from the business side of things. When you sign up, you pay a monthly fee, it's not per class. I was unaware when signing up for this that we would NEED to make appointments on the app when we wanted to go to the classes. On top of that I was not informed that we wouldn't be able to participate in the classes unless we were signed up, and then if you book a class, they would charge you if you didn't cancel on the app first. Although I have sat to watch

As a women I'm always equal parts nervous and skeptical going into a new gym, then you add the factor of going into a boxing gym... it can be intimidating. At Flawless I felt no such thing. The environment fosters nothing but empowerment and self sufficiency. Every coach is determined to shatter you ceiling of self limitation and push you into growth. I have learned so much not just about boxing but about what I'm capable of doing. After every class I leave knowing I fought a little longer I am that much stronger. Best New Years resolution I ever kept was to come here!!

As a Health and Fitness professional and fanatic, the first thing I do when I step into a new gym or fitness activity is ask myself, "Is it safe?" Are the instructors knowledgeable and attentive, are they engaged and do they have my safety in mind? At the end of the day, I want to be able to walk away from the workout and not be carted away into an ambulance.

5 minutes into my first Flawless Boxing workout I knew I was in good hands. The coaches were attentive and patient, but also efficient and effective. I had no real boxing experience, however, I left there with a fundamental understanding

Flawless boxing is, in short, amazing and will make you both physically and mentally stronger. I've been going for a year and a half, and the coaches are dedicated and encouraging, while also asking you to push what you think are your limits (basically, you'll end up impressing yourself!). I've also never found a more supportive group of folks that go to the gym; I remember feeling very welcomed as a person completely new to boxing.

The coaches are always open to answering questions and helping you build your technique and form. The workouts are intense and never boring! There

If you're looking for a great boxing gym that'll whoop you into shape, look no further. Flawless Boxing is amazing!

The classes are amazing, you feel great after an hour of high intensity cardio, and the coaches make you feel right at home. I have to give a special shoutout to coach Denzel, because he definitely helped me learn the ropes with form and whatnot when I was so obviously struggling with the combos. He even goes out of his way to make sure you're not giving up on yourself, even when you're dying for a breath. If you're reading, thank you for all your help!

Over the past couple of years, I am one of the many individuals who've "fell off" in my fitness and health. As a former professional athlete, it's often difficult to find a credible fitness venue that will help maximize my minimal time I have to workout. I found that place at Flawless Boxing & Fitness. Honestly, I was blessed enough to get the best of all worlds: Coaches with real professional fighting/coaching/training backgrounds, an amazing and positive culture within the gym, and fitness results that have me very satisfied.

Through great training, my boxing technique

This is a great place for kids, very friendly atmosphere, good nice equipment, and established coaches. I signed my son up here July 1st, and he was 100% not interested in the beginning, but I forced him to give it a shot. The first day of practice my son was being a big brat, Brandon saw the displeasure, talked to him in a respectful way, was encouraging and patient, and after a few days he completely changed his attitude. A month later he was shadow boxing walking around the house. Unfortunately I had to cancel his membership for the time being, but I just wanted to provide a big thank you to

I've always been curious about boxing and finally got a chance to try a gym out. Flawless is conveniently located just off I5 and Broadway.
I called the night before to make sure I had everything I need to be prepared for class. I spoke to Brandon, the owner. He was very helpful. They offer gloves and jump ropes to borrow and wrist straps for sale. ($10)
The class started with jump roping for several minutes then a run around the park across the street which was about 1/2 mile. The main part of the class was structured in "rounds". In our class, 6 included punching a bag one of

I literally went to one class one morning with classpass just to try it out, and then i was completely sold!!!!!! I did a few more classes via classpass and then signed up with the contract literally a week later, because i love the place that much and wanted to commit ;)

I regularly go to the gym as a powerlifter but never liked cardio. To up my cardio game but have FUN at the same time, i decided to try boxing classes. This was not the first gym i went to actually, i went to another one in midtown first and meh, let say i dont think they quite cared about me as much as this one did (i actually

I joined this gym in October 2017. I am 5'7" and had ballooned to a 37" waist. On top of that, I as just an unhappy individual. Despite being a dedicated yogi and gym rat, I was struggling with anxiety and aggression. In December 2018, I measured my waistline and it had gone down to 28". I had lost 30 lbs since joining Flawless.

Flawless has helped me find a healthy outlet to release my aggression and anxiety. Boxing is more than just hitting a bag. It challenges your mind in ways I have never been challenged before. And it's super fun! The foot work is a lot like dancing

When boxing was on the decline and the world was flocking to MMA. One fighter brought me back from the brink: Brandon Gonzales.

He had the talent and the skill to continually turn out one flawless fight after another in his pro career and as a sportswriter I covered many of his bouts in northern California and Nevada

A few years ago he opened his own gym in order to teach others the Sweet Science

If you're looking to learn how to box and get into great shape this is one of the best gyms in the country where you can learn from one of the greatest boxers to ever step into the ring

I joined FBF in February 2016. It was seriously the best decision I made to get my fitness journey started. The coaches are all dedicated, energetic, and knowledgeable about the sport of boxing. High intensity, great people, and overall great experience!
All new members must go through orientation; it's beneficially as a newbie. They offer early morning sessions and evening sessions (they also have youth classes). Sparring is an option on some Saturdays. FBF has gloves, wraps, etc. for sale if you don't bring your own. Try it out, you won't regret it!
