My name is Steven Hale and I am a Certified Personal Trainer. I received my certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine in 2008 and have been dedicated to my. ProCity has been my go-to fitness studio for over 6 years. Steve provides great structure and variation of effective workouts. The vibe is laidback and welcoming, yet highly motivational and adaptable to your fitness level and goals. Steve is extremely knowledge in all areas of exercise/strength/nutrition. He has safely guided my strength journey through two pregnancies and varying fitness goals over the years.

I picked up a Groupon for 5 classes and gave this place a try. It's a great way to try out classes before you commit, and it was definitely worth it. I decided to keep taking classes afterwards. Super early classes available as well as evening times too, so it's very flexible for my work schedule.

Steve is an awesome trainer! He is extremely knowledgeable in all things fitness and even helped me create my own nutrition plan. I do personal training and classes with him. Both are challenging enough but not overkill. Love this gym and the other members that attend. I have lost 2 pant sizes in just a few months. Definitely worth the money!

I always felt that personal training was beyond my budget, but decided to give it a shot to see if it's worth it. Most sessions last 40 minutes. I did personal training for 2 months with him and I value his expertise. The gym studio is only open by appointments and at times can make scheduling unfavorable to client.

I've been working out with Steven Hale for over a year now at Procity Fitness. And this year I've managed to lose over 60 lbs with his guidance. I have gone from a size 16 to a size 4. He motivates and inspires his students to push harder while not being one of those typical shout at you till you get it right coaches. His classes are always well-executed and he still has time to give each person individual attention and help them along their journey no matter their starting point.

I love the TRX and had this place on my list to check out but didn't have time until this week to finally make it happen. I have found people who haven't used the TRX think it makes exercises easier and you don't get as an intense workout as free weights, etc., and while the TRX is great for some who need assistance or modifications for some exercises a TRX class will kick your butt every time, and if it didn't you didn't do it right. The studio has it set up to do TRX upper body one day, then lower body, and core specifically on 2 other days of the week. I love that set

I frequently purchase fitness groupons because I'm cheap and won't pay full price for a gym membership. This is by far the best fitness groupon I have purchased.
Pros:
- I didn't die. I was nervous to try TRX but I'm so glad I did.
- Challenging, fun and different type of workout
- The workouts vary frequently
- Steven is an awesome trainer
- The other gym members are a fun group to hang out with. They make class even more enjoyable.
- I like the location. Close to my house.
- Plenty of street parking

Steve at pro city knows his stuff! Love the workouts he creates and always leave feeling better than when I arrived ! He also has a great understanding of the body and is able to adjust workouts when my body is not at optimum due to previous injuries . This helps me never miss a workout and feel very confident working out under his care!
