I would not recommend at at all. I did not appreciate the way I was spoken to by Russell Amsberry on a follow up call to schedule an appointment for consultation. Russell Amsberry's demanor was rude, disrespectful and arrogant. Russell Amsberry was not interested to me as an individual did not address me by name, also he sounded in a hurry asking… if I wanted his services or not. Do not hire Russell as your attorney. At the beginning everything went smoothly but after he has your money and sfter that he doesn't finish his job and ignors your calls. After our mediation in which I was not happy with and I did tell him he just ignored it. Which that should of signaled to me that it wasn't right, but I thought he is the attorney and knows better than I would.
