Anita is the lawyer for you if you like to be over charged, ignored and are looking for everything people fear about lawyers. My family is stuck with Anita as a Trustee due to the terms of a Last Will. Do not use Anita for estate planning, Executor or Trustee... she will turn your loved ones Estate into her own annuity. By the way Anita, I have been trying to contact you for over a year now so you would return the escrow overage and you haven't responded going on 12 months now. For everyone reading the review.... I guarantee she will lace some " final bill" with charges to keep most if not all
