BEEVET was a bright spot on a bad day when our Boxer wasn't feeling well. We were very worried something serious was happening, and they got us in quick and did the necessary steps to determine (and rule out) the issue. Everyone was so friendly and we appreciated the upfront communication regarding cost at each step. Emergency situations are not cheap, but we feel the prices were very reasonable. Plus, there was no pressure to do anything we didn't feel was necessary. Our Bandini loves them too! So glad we found this gem :)

My dog sliced her neck open, was shaking and scared was limping.. My usual vet who is 1 mile from us, closes at noon and I needed her to be seen ASAP. I brought her to Beevet in Bee Cave and they were fantastic! Very friendly and accommodating,, super thorough and they followed up with me to see how she was doing. They have great extended hours that you don't typically find at vet offices and they also board. Highly recommend!

Boarded our two puppies for one night. Staff was unprofessional and took about 50 mins to get our dogs after signing all the paperwork. Lady at the front desk told us, “we don’t know how much longer”, With an attitude. After 40 mins. Helped everyone else out while we were there first and waiting before anyone got there. Also, the dogs did not get out of the kennel for awhile from first glance, as they went to the restroom as soon as they got out. Staff didn’t not even know how to handle any of the dogs properly. First, time experiencing this. Please train your assistants first how to manage

Dr. Boerner and the supporting staff could not be better. The manor in which she delivered a diagnosis for my pet, along with suggestive treatment and management plans was so empathetic and overall considerate of costs associated with each. Her demeanor is comforting and gentle, making the experience for myself and my pet not overwhelming. She is clear in instructions and easy to communicate with. She has returned my calls multiple times after hours, showing how much she genuinely cares about her patients.

We had a big scare with our puppy on Friday and it was already close to 6. We tried contacting poison control with no success and our usual vet (and many more in the area) said they were closing soon and they wouldn't be able to run tests/monitor her... We decided to drive far away to a 24/7 emergency service but seeing it was almost an hour away I decided to give it one last try and contacted beevet... The doctors and team here saved my baby boy's eye! After my dog was attacked on a walk and sustained trauma to his eye, I brought him here for emergency care. Even though they had their hands full with multiple other emergencies at the time, they were able to work my dog into their schedule in a very timely manner. My husband and I recently had to switch vets and we so lucky to come across Bee Vet. They are always so accommodating and so beyond kind! We took our boy Humphrey in because he was having tummy issues and even on a full schedule, they managed to work him in. Overall, we love BeeVet and are beyond thankful for the entire staff.

I cannot believe I have waited this long to post a review but it is about time. We have been a customer of Dr. Chow and Beevet for 15 plus years with many good times and not so good times. They have treated our family with the utmost respect and professionalism one could ever expect. They have handled major injuries, the sad times of humane euthanasia, and now a new puppy. They always follow up with even the most routine visits. Our dogs and cats appreciate Beevet and we highly recommend them.

BEEVET is the best animal hospital I've ever been to. My pup has seen all of the vets here. They are all so wonderful, you never seem rushed, and they explain your options thoroughly. The staff and techs are incredible. My pup literally wagged his tail going into their office. The only reason I don't go here anymore is because I moved to Houston. If you're looking for a great vet, these are the people to go to!

My experience here was amazing. The staff was kind and attentive. The vet was incredibly knowledgeable and took time to explain everything to me. Her attitude was so genuine and sweet. My treatment options were shared in great detail, including cost, and what the doctor recommended. Luckily the best route for my pup was just antibiotics but other extensive options were offered as well if I wanted to dig deeper into her health. While it isn't the closest vet to my home, I will definitely drive out here again for my future needs. Thanks again for the amazing service!

10/10 recommend. I wish I found them sooner. 1st off they are so personable. They took the time to listen to what had been going on with my dog. I love how I was never once placed on hold. They got me in immediately (whereas other vet clinics/ hospitals in Austin didn't consider my dog's condition as serious and didn't have available times for him) The Dr. was fantastic. She went over her findings and treatment plans in depth over the phone. Her technician Tyler throughly went over the different treatments and costs beforehand. All of our pets have been going to BeeVet for several years. Our sweet Bear passed away a couple of weeks ago and we took his body to be cremated through BeeVet. They handled Bear and our emotions very delicately. While we were waiting for his ashes to return to us, we received the most amazing and heart felt card that was signed by what seems to be every employee at BeeVet including the kind techs I knew through our other visits, the techs who handled our sweet Bear and even Dr. Chow. The entire card was full of lovely and sweet words about our furry family member and my tears streamed down

My terrier was bitten by a small tick and when I tried to remove it, the head didn't detach. A few days later it started getting red and I was lucky enough to find the BEEVET clinic that is open all day on Saturdays. They were able to get me in quickly and the vet was able to dig the tick's head out, she also sent some antibiotics home to prophalactically cover my dog in case the tick was carrying Lyme disease. I really appreciated the fact that I wasn't charged a new patient exam fee. I felt their charges were very reasonable, given the area they are in and would highly recommend
