Compass Counseling...a group of licensed psychologists...meant to invite you to share and diagnose and ultimately HELP. As new, Potential patient, Compass gives 0 damns about you. I tried my best to get my child to see a therapist for help. Due to major gross negligence on the staff part, nothing happened and my child is now resentful of their help. Thanks Compass for making my child feel "SAFE" and "WELCOMED",,,,cause in in the end, she got none of that. So...to all you citizens, if you ask should you choose "Compass" as your mental health provider...well then I&apos

GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE! I was referred to Dr. James Thompson at Compass for a predetermination for alcoholism and/or drugs. My first problem was that they had scheduled a televisit on February 9,2021 at 8:00am. I was told that they day before that meeting I would receive a link to the Zoom conference. I was there at 7:30am and kept checking my email for the link up until 8:30am when I finally just gave up. I called the office and told them what had happened and was told that the woman that handles that was not in on Tuesdays but they would send her the message. 2 full days later I finally got
