They really are professional. They did exactly what they said they were going to do, no more, no less. They didnt try to have me get other stuff done,(which I know it needs) they just addressed my main concern at the moment and had me on my way. Tried to repair a rear wheel bearing on my 2007 explorer. Messed up and was recommended to this place. They took it in and they inspected and repaired/replaced the bad parts. Upon retrieving my vehicle a little ways down the road the bearing went out. Brought it back and with in the same day they had it all fixed and working normally. Come to find out it was a faulty wheel hub. They then replaced the wheel hub and bearing with no charge after and I was on my way, been working perfect ever since. I will now continue to go to this shop and have them service my vehicles. They made sure i was taken

So my regular shop is full and I'm desperate because I need to get my husband's car fixed so he can get to work. I was so happy they could get it in that day. Asked them to fix bad tie rods. Gentleman calls me and says brakes are metal on metal and he can't fix the tie rod ends and properly alright it unless he fixes brakes also. Hmm. Well I don't think so but I ask what it will cost to do both 1125 plus taxes. I tell him my brakes are under warranty and I can take them back to have them looked at. He tried to convince me that the place that fixed them would charge me again for labor and just cover

Ryan’s helped me out of a tight spot with getting my locking lug nuts off from a 85 mustang. When I did not have the key. They had 5 guys working on it for an hour and still only charged me the price they quoted which I know did not cover their time. They respected my car put floor liners down and were very fair and honest which I appreciate and I will be coming back.
