Let me tell you, these guys know what they're doing and they're reasonably priced as well! I'd made the mistake of going to a different car repair place who told me I needed an engine swap on my car. Right....and I'm the Pope! When I took my car to Mark and the guys they found out the problems and fixed my car like it was running new again for waaaaay less than my previous quote from the other guy. This is a great business I feel that I can trust. Kudos to all of you at Bullard Automotive!!!!!

While my boyfriend and I were on a three week cross-country road trip, the truck we were driving broke down in the middle of an off-ramp in Independence, Missouri. Without knowing the area, how we were going to fix our truck, where to take the truck and many other important details, we felt lost and confused. I would like to praise Bullard Automotive for their honesty and hard work. My son took his car there when his A/C stopped running. I feared the worse thinking that he was going to have to replace the whole compressor and all costing him 1 or 2 thousand dollars. Well after running their checks they discovered that it was a blown fuse. In a world where sometimes it is hard to find a place that is not trying to get you for every penny, Bullard Automotive found and fixed the problem and had him back on the road for just the cost of the service call and a fuse. Never once have I had to question the work done to my vehicles here, I've had major maintenance like timing done and little work like pressure test on my radiator, I've even had some minor electrical work done and each time I've had something done its been a quick easy painless process!

I have 2 vehicles that I will never take anywhere else from now on. I went to a competitor and was told over $2000 of repairs needed to be made on my 2010 Impala. I took to Bullard and found out there was nothing wrong with my car. The people at Bullard's are always friendly and more than willing to help in anyway. Prices are fair and service is above average. I was just lucky to come across Bullard Automotive. I was needing an inspection on one of my vehicles and started driving up and down 24 hwy looking for inspection signs. After pulling in and asking multiple shops for assistance and being just turned away, I pulled into Bullard Automotive. They were very busy that day, but the owner reassured me that I could leave my vehicle there and she would have it worked in. On my way across country, heading to California, my BMW crapped out on the freeway. I was towed to Bullard fearing the worst. It's the day before a four day weekend and I'm gonna be stuck and shelling out for a hotel room. Thank god that Slinger and his guys were on the job and immediately figured out what was broke and found the two parts in town. Yes it was an all day repair and yes it wasn't cheap. But they were kind and informative and stayed an hour past closing getting the job done so I could get back on the road. And, the owner even went and got lunch for me! Great people

Was looking for a place to work on my mom's Mercedes. Calling around to other shops two shops recommended Bullards. Debbie and her staff are very knowledgeable and curtious. A little longer for the repairs than I'm use to I'm LA, but I rather it take a while and be fixed correctly. They found the issues and got it fixed. It was a little more than I expected but, still less than the dealership no doubt. Also they have a cool parrot! Go see Debbie and her folks for your repairs!
