Services
This 30-minute complimentary class was designed for beginners. In this instructional lesson, you will get acquainted with the Megaformer and learn the principles of the Lagree Method. Workout attire is recommended as clients will have time to experience the Megaformer and become comfortable with it.
Rusty's passion for fitness stems from years of competing in gymnastics, tennis, and softball. Her experience as Associate Director of Pharmacy Services at a local hospital has taught her that flexibility and strength are essential for injury prevention. You will leave Rusty's classes feeling empowered, motivated, and encouraged regardless of age and ability.
For safety purposes, we ask that all new students arrive 10 minutes before the class starts for a proper instructor introduction and M3X orientation. If you have not been on a Megaformer before and are unable to make it to class at least 5 minutes early, you will not be permitted to enter. Thank you in advance for understanding!
Tight is located at the corner of Hillcrest and McFarlin, across from SMU's campus. The entrance to the studio is on McFarlin. Enter the side door, follow the staircase up to level 2, and follow the signs to the studio. TIGHT is the only Lagree studio in the Park Cities, and the first one in the Dallas area, to offer the new M3X Megaformer.

I can't say enough nice things about this studio. the prices are reasonable, the instructors are so nice and helpful, and the staff is just so kind. Also the megaformers are by far the nicest I have ever used--they're appropriately padded and don't hurt your wrists or feet which is a huge win. So many studios are inflexible and rude and this is the opposite of all of those things! Highly recommend!!!

WOW! I felt like we were in an EDM concert but just working out on the reformers!
It was my first time here using CLASS PASS. I did the glutes and core class with Chris. He is an AWESOME instructor. Would definitely recommend this instructor!!
I believe this is to be the BEST in dallas. Their reformers are NEW and different from all the ones I have been too.
They have a little mini shop, lockers and a very modern bathroom!
Cant' wait to go back!

This place is wonderful! The instructors are always on point. I love the lighting and how much it actually pushes me to go further. But the absolute best thing about them is their reformers. I've been everywhere and these reformers are very nice and unique. They help you push yourself further with tight springs but also bars where I've never seen them before which allow you to push yourself more than ever before. Highly recommend!

TIGHT Dallas is amazing! This was my first Lagree class and the instructor made me feel very comfortable. Anyone can easily walk in as a new student and feel totally welcomed. The owners did a great job building a beautiful studio with the best equipment! It was the perfect balance of a fun yet challenging workout!

Nice new studio, very clean and the reformer machines are nice. Rusky our instructor was very friendly and welcoming, walked us through using the machine thoroughly and gave us adjustments during class. It was a good class but I didn't sweat much. It's the same difficulty level as Session Pilates, but not as hard as One Lagree or Solidcore for reference.

I tried Tight during their preview week. I've done pilates pretty regularly for years, in addition to spin classes in the past year, probably attending on average 2-3 group fitness classes a week, so I'd consider myself pretty fit. I only say that to point out that it's a big kudos that my legs were literally shaking during part of the class. It's been a long time since I've been in a pilates class that made my muscles shake like that!
The reformers they have are pretty cool, but I'll say that every pilates reformer has its pros and cons. Moves that are challenging
