There is a range of medical care and at the top of that range are providers who focus on complete wellness and life balance. Lifescape has always been a reliable source of information, had a strong commitment to my personal care and utilized all available techniques for prevention and education about wellness. A side benefit is I really enjoy my doctors directness, compassion and passion for her work. I'm in my mid 60's and this is by far the best practice I have found around the nation.

I was expecting Dr. king to be blonde, but she turned out to be brunette. False advertising! Just kidding, I was treated very well there. Dr. Jennifer King went above and beyond to help me get my insulin and for the cheapest price. I don't have insurance, so they worked with me to get me the best price. I felt really comfortable talking with her, very personable.

So far... it has taken them 2 days to get a prescription "signed off" by a doctor and sent over to a pharmacy. Mind you, it still has not been sent to the pharmacy yet. Multiple phone calls later, and still nothing is done. They can't seem to do anything correctly to ease the patient's situation.
Every time we called, they kept saying that they are "trying" to get it signed off by the doctor. And when we asked where the doctor is... she says "she's in the office" and kept giving excuses as to why it takes 2 days to electronically send a prescription

I have been a patient at this office for over 5 years. They changed and I am not coming back. Few highlights of my most recent experience. Despite the fact they have my personal cell phone number on file, some extremely talented individual left a detailed message regarding my medical tests on my office's answering machine. And, yes, answering machine specifically states name of the business and business hours before transferring you to the voice mail. So, in the morning, my secretary hits the voice mail button, and phone put on speakers informs all my employees about my blood work tests being ready

My wife and I were in Scottsdale and she wanted to try Botox. Sensational Skin came highly recommended, and I must say they did not disappoint. My wife had never had Botox before and the doctor was very patient with her, explaining everything to her and answered all her questions. She came out and was very impressed. A few weeks have went by and she looks amazing. Great staff too. Everyone was so nice and helpful. My wife and I are recommending Sensational Skin to everyone!!!

I am a patient of Dr. Strohman. He has a remarkable ability to actively listen and understand anything you are trying to express to him, all while quickly typing notes into the laptop during the description of pain, etc.. I've been around the block with plenty of doctors for plenty of reasons. This guy is as solid as they come. He communicates exceptionally well, has extensive knowledge on pretty much all related topics. If you are looking for a Dr. in the area check him out!

They are excellent --at wasting time! I booked an appt a week ahead of time, telling them I wanted their hcg. Had to leave work early and drive across town. Met with their nurse for less than 3 min, who told me I needed to first book an appt with their doctor- next available was the following week and then with her again- not available until a week after that. Admin could have easily told me when I booked that I needed an appt with the doc first. They really didn't care. There are too many good places in town with great service (Gazelle, Red Mountain) to deal with this place. They charge

I was told I needed lab work and needed to be fasting. The NP said to just "Come in after 7:30 and you won't have to wait more than 10-15 min". So today I arrived at 10:45. I walked into their building and was surprised to see a line of patients checking in for labs. So I put my name down as instructed, then took a seat in waiting room. A half an hour went by, still sitting there waiting. So I went to the front desk, asking "how much longer?"...I had to get back to work!! So after 45 min of wasting my time, and watching the staff in the back hall laughing and talking to

This place doesn't have the best customer service. When your appointment is supposed to be at 8:30, you're 5 minutes early and 8 people came in after you and 8 people were called back before you and you're still waiting at 9am to be called back, the front desk could say something nicer other than some snooty response of "we have a lot of doctors here and we are an active clinic". Like, hi, just say something nicer like I'm sorry you've had to wait so long let me check on what the hold up is. Rude.

I selected this practice due to the great reviews.
I just wanted a simple physical.
Because I could not afford the $3,000+/year concierge service, I accepted referral to another doctor.
No problem, only I first had to meet twice with a PA (Norm?) before I could even see her.
So this PA orders over $1,000 worth of blood tests and when I return to review them: #1 - the guy is completely unfamiliar with my results or me
#2 - cannot interpret the results other than the summaries already written on them
#3 - cannot even field simple questions about what the tests were or some of the results

I am not a big fan of going to the doctor. I mean, who really wants to sit around in a waiting room when you are miserable/sick and then be surrounded by other miserable/sick folks? I would much rather suffer alone, in bed, with Netflix and blankets. However, that was not an option and I grudgingly researched local doctors.
I chose this place based on location - it is close to work and home. They also take my insurance, another big factor. Their website provides all the new patient forms, so you can fill out prior to arriving. Upon arriving, I checked in, handed over my paperwork and insurance

Doctor was very nice, but I waited over an hour past my appointment time, and when asked, they told me this was 'normal'. Can't say I'm thrilled I payed the $60 'fee' whatever that money goes to, because being that late for an appointment is inexcusable, and I wouldn't have chosen this office if I had known otherwise.

Here we go again, I called the medical assistant (MA, not RN or LN, per front desk) around 7/02/2014 for scripts AND order from Dr. To send me blood work she wants for my appointment in aug 04, 2014.

I would like to give 5 gold Stars to Dr Strohman and all the Staff at Lifescape. Dr Strohman has helped me ove the last Five years deal with a sever Back Problem I have. His Professionalism is second to none. I have seen many Dr over the years for my Back and I can say with out a doubt Dr Strohman has been the Best Dr I have Ever had.
