Beautiful place to call home! Staff was amazing. Very close to the nightlife in Nashville and peace and quite to finish the night at home!
The apartment was very spacious and wonderful finishes throughout. Had I not moved out of state I would be there now.

I’ve been here for a year and I love it. Great amenities and a beautiful area to be around. I love talking my dog for walks around the area. The staff are super responsive and the leasing office is amazing. Such great customer service and they never mind when I drop in and chat about the weather. If I wasn’t leaving the area, I would stay for another year or two.

This is a fabulous find and nice surprise! The complex is very pretty and has great amenities. The management and apartment complex team are great!

I have lived at The Luxe for 6 months. Sammie Stamps is the Manager who is professional and treats residents respectfully while doing a wonderful job. Anytime I need something, she always makes sure it gets done. Robert is in Maintenance and is very good at his job (and we can count on him to give our dog a treat). I love my apartment and the utilities are very reasonable. It is more like a community here. I highly recommend The Luxe.

I lived at the Luxe for 2 years. Pros: it's a beautiful place to live, kitchen is massive with a lot of cabinets, it's around everything that hville has to offer, and the kitchen appliances are amazing and a decent size for a family. Cons: it's right next to the highway/on ramp so obnoxiously loud trucks are all you'll hear, if you're on the 2nd floor you won't be able to sit down on your balcony without looking at a wall, there's limited storage space - only closets you get are the ones in the bedrooms, and the rent is pricey. I would, however, recommend living here. It's an overall nice place

We love living at The Luxe apartments. We have lived here for just over 6 months now. The complex is beautifully appointed throughout, and it provides a comfortable and enjoyable lifestyle for us. Our apartment is spacious, and the high ceilings and large windows let in lots of light which make it seem even more expansive. The Gourmet-Style kitchen and spacious bathrooms with their high-end finishes make you feel like you’re living in a 5-Star resort suite. I love this apartment! I had a picture of it on my dream board in college and hoped to one day live here. Four months after I graduated I moved in, and I tell myself everyday how much I love it. When I arrived I was surprised how dog friendly they are. I was a little jealous of all the owners feeding their dogs out of the cookie jars, in the lobby, that I went out and got myself a dog. Everyday when I come home from work the apartment manager, Sammie, gets up from her desk and gives him a cookie from the jar. Every morning when I live for work the Maintenance manager, Robert, gives him cookies
