I live here for about 3 years and it was GOOD for the most part. I live on the perimeter on Fairview Parkway so traffic gets noisy at 5am on weekdays. I had to go through the noise of construction that one year when they renovated the exterior. And parking is another story if you have two cars. First of all, they are really small for a compact car. We only get 1 carport spot and we had to tag team who gets it first. We get off at 7pm or later and already the open parking spots are filled. The worst part is having to park at the visitor parking which is all the way in the front and pray that your

I'm soooo happy with my apartment here at The lodges at lake Salish! I consider myself lucky every day to wake up and see this gorgeous view and nature from every window in my unit. I've had nothing but pleasent interaction with the management staff and maintenance. Any issues that have arisen have been handled quickly and professionally. They respond to my emails promptly. The construction is getting old, but they are making the units look better and I know it won't last forever, there is nothing the Ladies in the office can do about it anyway, I do truly appreciate them and the hardwork they

Cars get broken into nightly, overpriced units, moved into a dirty apartment where used soap bars were left behind and noticeable dirt and piles of grossness on the floor. Pictures were sent to management who did nothing. I would have recommended the staff but unfortunately the living here is below expectations for "luxury living".

The new windows they just put in are so noisy it sounds like a jet is going to land inside. They never sealed the windows and now we have an electric bill that’s outrageous. The parking here is a nightmare. Patio door on the main bedroom has snow on the inside if we open the door.. our fireplace doesn’t have a fan that works and when you ask them they tell you they don’t fix it. Bathroom wall above the master had never been finished. The walls are very thin here You have to be very careful what you or the neighbors can here your conversation! You have to really complain to get get anything

I’ve been at this apartment complex for a year, my roommate and I have not had a stellar experience.
Less than a year into our lease, both our cars parked in different places has been broken into and damaged. Since COVID-19 and no package holds, we’ve had 5 packages taken from our unit. The construction is awful (I know it’s to better the complex, but the noise is unbearable). The walls are so thin, we can hear our upstairs neighbors’ full conversation, words to the songs they are listening to, the children’s cries, the fighting, the running and all the stomping. Everything! The people

My boyfriend and I have lived here for four years and we have had a great experience. The maintenance staff has been quick to fix any minor issues we have had. It is a surprisingly quiet complex off a noisy road. I am mostly excited because they recently announced that the complex is going non smoking! Parking can be an issue sometimes but then again it as always been an issue at every other complex I have lived at. Overall my experience has been good, and would recommend someone to live here!

My wife and I lived here for a year. They are very nice and cozy apartments for the price. I was surprised how fast maintenance responded to any requests if there were issues. The staff at the leasing office were very responsive to any complaints and made the whole experience enjoyable. Only downside is parking for guests, however there's plenty of parking near the leasing office.

Beware lived here for too long! Horrible apartments! Dry rought on all buildings, it is deteriorating! And has been for years! Looks nice from a distance but it’s far from it! Company only cares about the next dollar they can make, doesn’t care about their tenants. Jacks up price every year! The grounds are a horrid mess! They don’t upgrade the apartments and don’t care. It’s all about the bottom dollar! The place is shabby and needs millions of dollars in upgrades! No parking! It’s as bad as living in the slums. Look elsewhere! Not a happy place to live! Terrible environment! Be warned

Been here for a few months now. Nice apartment modern. The staff are friendly and quickly follow up on repair requests. Parking is challenging but garages are offered. You can hear your neighbors but that has been my experience with all apartment living. All in all satisfied with the place. Great location for me.

Great management and love the people there but overall not happy. Their parking spots are way too small, only assigned one covered spot....which wouldn't be half bad except there is little to none standard parking which leaves people to park in others covered sports or alongside Glisan and walk. Yes, it's good to get extra steps in...when you aren't carrying a heavy load and/or in inclement weather. Plus there is no central air and no ice makers.
10/30 update: We moved fromone apartment to another and received our refund check. Out of $250 we received $30 back. I addressed this with management
