They helped me keep my cool as I panicked because my cat has asthma and her gums were white and open mouth breathing.

They were WONDERFUL! I have a blind pit bull terrier with a bite history and told them all this. They still had me bring her in without having to drug her and they did such a good job with her. She wasn’t nervous at all. They were fast to greet me from my car and answered every question I had. I’m new to being a dog owner so there were many questions but than answered each and everyone one.

Everyone is so kind here. Our dog is very fearful around new people and they have been so understanding and helpful with every treatment or visit. Can't say enough good things about this place and the people that work here!

Love this vet. Not only have they taken care of numerous pets over the years (including surgeries, new puppy exam, euthanasia) but every member of the staff we interact with has been friendly, professional, and compassionate. Dr. Geigel is thorough, patient, and understanding. We wouldn't consider taking our dogs anywhere else.

I wanted to thank Windsor Park Vet staff for their gentle compassion. We said goodbye to our beloved cat, Reggie, who was 18 years old. It was heartbreaking. Everyone at WP vet was so kind and gentle during this process. They explained each step and what to expect and continued to guide us one step at a time. We are so grateful.

We've been going to Dr. Geigle for the past 7 years. She is very knowledgeable and compassionate. She's helped our dogs and cats with multiple different, difficult conditions. The staff is also very friendly. Highly recommended!

I took my pets here for about 4 years when I first moved to Austin and always had a good experience. Their office was always very clean and the vet techs were friendly, helpful, and great with my dog. I very much appreciated the fact that the office would tell me the costs and go over different options with me before I had to make any decisions (I originally came to the office because my dog was pretty sick and I hadn't had very good luck with the vet clinic I was going to previously). In general, I also found them very affordable compared to other vets in Austin. I actually only stopped going

Dr. Geigel is the most thorough and patient health care professional I've encountered in any field, not just vet care. I look forward to our visits, knowing she will be a wealth of information each time. I just wish I could find a human doctor who would treat me the same way Dr. Geigel treats her patients! Top that off with great staff, a great location, and affordable prices, and Windsor Park will be my vet for as long as I'm in Austin!

I'm new to Austin and just called Windsor Park Vet to book an appointment. I spoke to the receptionist who explained to me that the doctor visit is a minimum of $50 with a $25 deposit required when the appointment is booked. She explained to me that due to frequent no-shows, this is their business practice.

I told her this is an unusual practice and I have never paid up front for future services or asked for monies before services that my business provides. Over the years I've heard many stories about people pre-paying for services and then never seeing them again. No one

Easy to book, friendly, and local. Dr. G and her clinical staff are in constant communication through the treatment and follow-up phases, and their costs seem to be in line with standard practice (on some items, lower). Our wonder dog Buddy Willis is happy to call this his Austin provider of choice!

I brought my pup here on recommendation from Emancipet since Emancipet doesn't treat sick dogs. I really love the Dr, she's really kind & knowledgable. The clinic is clean & I've never had to wait long. Today I had an appt at 3:30pm but my pup wasn't doing well so I called at 11am & they got me right in. They did however charge me for a walk in appt. The only thing I don't like is that there are 5-6 people working every time I'm in & it's confusing as to who is the tech & who is the receptionist & it seems a little unprofessional the way

I love my vet! I have 5 dogs, and thankfully live very close to this Northeast Austin location. I have been using this clinic since my original vet , good old Doc Stalworth, across from St Eds, retired. Dr Rita Geigel is a skilled and compassionate vet and I trust her completely. From puppy till the bitter end, she is truthful about prognosis, their prices are fair, the staff is friendly and welcoming. I am currently making the hardest decision a pet owner ever makes with one of my dogs, and rather than talk me into thousands of dollars of care that wouldnt save my dog, she laid it out there,

From first impression, I was very pleased. Emily was so kind and accommodating. My fur baby (whom was in a lot of pain) was taken back after little to no waiting. Techs were knowledgeable and very sensitive to Olive's sprained paw. Dr. Geigel immediately addressed my dog's minor 'emergency'. She was also proactive at recognizing the need for long term prophylactic arthritic care. It meant the world to me that she addressed both issues during the same visit.

This place is amazing! The staff is Wonderful and most importantly they are compassionate! They are so caring and really love animals :)
Cookie, my 9 month old GSP mix, had Cherry Eye on both eyes. It was so bad, that the gland was inflamed and almost starting to cover her eyes. Dr. C, took the time to examine Cookie and come up with a plan to fix her cherry eye and spay her the same day--but best of all Windsor Park clinic worked with my budget!
The surgery was a success! My Cookie only took a couple of days to heal and she's back to being a fun loving puppy :)
Thank you Windsor Park Veterinary

Our fur family have been patients of Windsor Park since its inception. We have always loved the clinic for its countless attributes. We were very pleased with Dr Geigel and the new additional staff members. We tragically lost two of our dogs, and everyone was caring and very emphatic. I have a rottweiler that was my terminally ill sons dog. When my son could no longer deal with the pain, he shot himself in the head with a shotgun. He did this in a small bathroom with Tasha with him. She is extremely hard to work with but Dr. Geigel her professional and exceptionally caring staff still work on

I went to Windsor on the advice of a friend and am wonderfully satisfied with the service I received. I brought in my 9 year old pup and they spent an unrushed amount of time speaking to me. They were interested in learning his history before they even went into anything medical. Kory is a lovely technician who was very kind to my pup. He listened to what I had to say, answered any and all questions, and relayed everything back to the vet - Rita. Rita was also great as she was gentle when administering the shots. For a three year rabies, bordetella, DAPP, L4, and heartworm exam plus the annual

2 of my friends strongly recommended this vet to me.
I just returned from my first visit at Windsor Park Vet Clinic and am so happy with their services. They worked me into their schedule on the July 4th Holiday weekend and treated me and my cat with so much care and compassion from start to finish.

I also appreciated their reasonable prices. They provide much better care at much better prices.

I can't be happier tonight knowing my cat will spend this weekend recovering and feeling better due to their willingness to work us into their tight schedule. My 4th of July holiday is going

We first took out lil guy to a clinic, the only clinic open on a Sunday. We got some X-rays done and some blood work done, apparently our little man had "blockage" and aside from the $350 we spent on labs he needed a $2000 surgery to explore his insides. At the time we only had maybe $1500 (we had just moved in to this area w/depleted savings) and of course the vet wasn't taking any type of payments.

We decided to look around for someone to help us maybe finance the surgery and we found this location. They ran some more tests and some other labs here, they had waaaay more equipment

This place sucks!! I have been taking my dogs and cats there for years and in February I took one of my dogs there because he was sick. While I was there I as informed that my dog's heartworm test was due so I had them do it then. What they faied to mention was that if I didn't buy any HW meds at that time that they wouldn't sell me any later?!?!?! I didnt need any at the time because I already had some at home.
So I was informed of this today when I went by there to pick up some HW medicine and they told me I couldn't get any unless I paid for another test!?!?! Heads up Windsor

We have been going to WPVC since we first adopted Delilah, our puppy, last fall. I think I initially found the clinic through Yelp (where else?) and it is as lovely as everyone else says! It's easy to make an appointment as a new client and I felt super comfortable as soon as we walked in the door. The vet techs, receptionists, and Dr. G are so warm, kind, and friendly. You can tell they really know their stuff, and more than that, they truly care about the animals they treat.

After Delilah's appointments, Dr. G herself usually calls the next day, just to check in and see how our pup
